Lovely facilities, close to centre, breakfast great. The real stars were the staff & owners, who did everything that they could to make us welcome. Their affiliated restaurant had some of the best food that we have had whilst travelling. Massage for my wife was great and €80 for an hour. Hotel was so clean and the rooftop spa pool was a welcome retreat after hiking in 35 degrees! We are returning next year, either in May or October...

Parking was a short walk away. Had issue with A/C but got resolved by owners - couldn't have been more helpful.

Where to begin!!!! This is everything that you look for in a high-class hotel for middle class prices. I think that the computerservers of Booking.com will start smoking after processing this review. Location: 10, Staff: 10 Facilities: 10. Everything I forgot: 10. The smallest details in just..... everything! That personal touch you're looking for or maybe not, they know how to handle their guests. I'm a critical guy when it comes to hotels and have seen many. But this one really surprised us. Stop looking for a hotel in or near Brixen/Bressanone, this is all you need! Swimmingpool on the rooftop is not olympic size, but who cares when you need some sun and some splash. The sauna and steamroom makes this Spa-triple of Swim-, Sauna-, Steam complete. Okay, now their breakfast; perfect area with everything you need in a good-start-off-the-day. Not your average... nope! Fresh juices, Fresh fruit, 5 ways to get your egg (from omelette to Benedict and others). Even grilled vegetables! And the staff knows their way around and are just as professional as the rest of the hotel! Ps, did I mention the concierge yet? When you arrive at the location and probably have been driving for quiet a while, he welcomes you and knows how to treat the guests (as I believe for more than 20 years... at that point you know you love your job!) He takes car of your luggage and even park your car if you prefer. Oh men, I really love this place and 'no' I don't get any coupons or vouchers because of my booksize-review. Everybody that has been here knows exactly what I'm talking about. They don't get a 9+ status because they ask for it, right?

The location, comfort and friendliness of staff are wonderful. We are so glad we splurged a little for our stay here. The staff was so very helpful during our stay with local suggestions and common sense approach of what to see with only a few days in the area. The rooms, hotel, and in-hotel spa are thoughtfully well done. The physically active region and early sun in summer means early breakfast and the Adler does not disappoint - fantastic and classic breakfast set up. If you want a more urban base to explore the town and area this place is lovely. Hike, bike, drive during the day…then dinner out snd strolls in the town during the evening.

Fabulously renovated old Guest House. Unbeatable location in the old town and by the river. Small but perfect rooftop pool with church and clocktower views. Outstanding staff who went out of their way to ensure a warm and friendly experience. Fabulous breakfast with inside and outside dining. Hotel has their own parking garage. This was an unplanned stay on our holiday due to my sister breaking her leg. I could not have chosen a more perfect hotel in the gorgeous town of Brixen.

To be simple elegance was outstanding, down to the way the common area doors to the reception and spa opened automatically. The combination of historic and new was very well executed.

The only small detail I would add are hanging hooks in the rooms for coats, bags, etc above the bench. I didn’t have a good place to put many of my things and that would have solved. Silly - otherwise perfect!

This hotel is a gem in Brixen old town next to cute restaurants and the Christmas Market. The building is beautiful and vibe is cozy and welcoming. Everyone was super polite. The room was very clean and had all the amenities (coffee super important 😊)! The spa and relaxing area was a bonus!! Breakfast had everything one could need!

The hotel is beautiful, it is renovated but you can still see the beauty of the historic building. The room was big and the spa and outdoor pool were gorgeous. The hotel stuff noticed it is my husband's bday without us telling them and gave us a little surprise on breakfast which was amazing!

It was a guesthouse, but not anymore. High-class property, retaining it centuries old history. Perfect location, and although restaurant not open Sunday, provided and booked alternative. Although bridge entrance to old town says no cars, you drive across, and your there. They look after car. Worth the experience.

The hotel is newly renovated, the result is amazing. All the staff are so helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is great. The breakfast is amazing, great choice of food - from fresh fruit, bread, Müsli, Schinken, Salami to different choices how you like to have your egg.

Very nice hotel, clean, spacious rooms, valet parking (charging optionally available) location in the city centre with restaurants within walking distance. Very friendly staff.

The bar closed at 20:00 on a Friday, that could be a point to improve.
