Very clean and perfectly appointed rooms. Comfy beds. Staff is exceptionally friendly!

Don’t let the entry or reception area put you off. There was a gambling room and bar on either side of the entrance, although the reception desk was adequate, and staff was very friendly. The rooms and breakfast area were lovely!

Nothing to complain about! Staff is very friendly, polite and understanding. Interieur is really nice looking. Location is perfect: not far from the center, so you can reach it on foot for 5 minutes, and at the same time it's far enough so you won't listen to another tourists the whole night, bus stops are almost near the building, and for sure marvelous view. Room is incredibly clean, comfortable and an eye-pleasing. And for sure, the most important thing - the price matches the quality. Any time I'll need to stay in Brixen, I'll doubtless choose this hotel.

The staff is amazing here! I met Elizabeth on the first day, then Alif and Lucia - all of whom were very friendly and welcoming! They recommended their restaurant partners and gave me a daily voucher for 10% off my meals. I would have gladly paid full price at their partner restaurants, they were amazing! This hotel is close to downtown, but not so close that you have the summer crowds crowding every inch of sidewalk. A cool evening stroll puts you in the Plaza in 5 minutes

I liked the bed, but it was a bit hard for me. Otherwise the pillows and blankets were excellent, and the A/C gave me a cool comfortable sleep during my entire stay

Everything was perfect. The room was clean and was cleaned throughout our 6 night stay almost every day. The staff is very nice and helpful and the breakfast is a good selection. They currently have a 10% deal with some of the local restaurants which definitely helped us cut some costs on our meals there. From Bressanone we were able to go to a lot of other places in the Dolomites and the fact that the hotel had parking available (10 eur per night) allowed us to visit a lot of surrounding places.

The rooms are nice and clean just as they are depicted. Breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. We had an emergency and they were so kind and felxible to help us and extend our check-out time.

Considering this is only rated as a three start hotel, it is exceptional. It's clean, comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and the hotel is well located.

Clean and comfortable hotel located just a stone’s throw away from the Brixen Busbahnhof which provides a myriad of buses to The Dolomites.

It is located just beside a mini casino which reeked of cigarettes everytime we walked past it to get to the entrance. Other than that, the hotel was amazing!
