Convenience. It was a last minute booking. Luckily, check-in was until 2300hrs, as stated on booking.com. My 2 calls to the establishment was unanswered when I arrived at 2150hrs. I was about to panic when someone called me back. I waited 10mins or so and someone came and gave me the key and that was it. Nice and simple after 12hrs on the road. Heater was on in the bathroom (though didn't seem to work in the bedroom). Not too far from Campatsch/Alpe di Siusi.

There was no hot water (for shower). It was lukewarm at best. (Although, at my latter accommodation in Calalzo, the water only got hot after 5mins or so. So, maybe I didn't give this one enough time. Power point for the TV didn't work. (Rm45.)

The view from this property alone is stunning. It’s so close to Alpe di Siusi (a.k.a. Seiser Alm). The property is beautiful and you can see the quality in the furniture/woodwork in the rooms with the beds and closets and upholstered chairs/benches. We loved the continental breakfast that was plentiful and offered a juicer.

The property is dated and though there is nothing wrong with that since many people these days actually seek out vintage. We would only recommend updating linens as the towels were frayed. Curtains and rugs needed some mending in places. There were some minor maintenance things like repairs to doors, some wooden decorative heater covers needed repair and areas of decking and shutters needed a little maintenance.

The room and the hall were clean and tidy. I actually loved the design of the room (some say it’s dated but it’s cozy for me). Haven’t seen any staff although I was able to communicate with them through this app and they were helpful. Location was quite a distance from the town but was a good excuse for some warm up pre and post hike haha. Bus stop is just few mins across the villa.

No staff to talk to, but not a big fuss.

The breakfast at this little hotel was delicious & the staff that served us were super friendly & helpful. We stayed one night & were able to leave our bags at the hotel while we headed out on a circuit walk in the Dolomites for 2 nights. We then came back to stay for another night. So many hotels in this area have a 3 night minimum stay so this was the main appeal for this place.

The hotel is unstaffed except for the breakfast period.

It was clean, tidy. The bed and pillows were extremely comfy The view was great overlooking the mountains

Very difficult to find in the dark. Arrived In the dark. No lighting outside where the parking is or up to the property. A little confusing as no signs so didn’t know which drive to go up and when we did go up the correct drive. It was still dark and still not obvious where to go

The most beautiful property we’ve stayed at in Siusi….the place was exceptionally clean…the views from our place was breathtakingly stunning….the service was spot on …Mr. Franz and his assistant Ms. Adriana was so warm, friendly and helpful…they did everything possible to make our stay comfortable

Trust me , you’ll on it love this place and the property’s hosts and you’ll be back again !

Good location and beautiful surrounding Perfect wood furnitures

There is no reception and staff can not be reached by phone when we arrived But finally we have found our key left there on a table at the entrance The bathroom was clean but broken tiles require some renovation

The breakfast buffet is worth €20. The staff was very generous with the fresh juice and coffee. For the price, this location is decent. 3min walk from a bus stop. 19min downslope to Alpe di siusi gondola station. Spacious room with balcony and good privacy.

The rooms are a little dated and there is initially a smell but I got used to it. I wish there was a way to indicate that I don’t want room service every day.

Amazing balcony views of the mountain and perfect for watching the sunset. Bed was comfortable but a bit small for tall people. Spacious living area and super handy having a kettle in the room. Parking on site and location is close to road up to Compatsch. Loved it and would stay again.

Bed is small for taller people. We had the door open at dusk which meant we had mosquitos in the room at night so recommend closing it to avoid this.

The location and view are phenomenal! we really liked the large bedroom on the very top on the right. The small room below it was cute. Both rooms had everything we needed. Our kids loved the juice maker in the breakfast room.

The breakfast items were basic in terms of quality and options. There was no one to great us when we arrived. We picked up the key in a cup on a table outside of the hotel and went to our room.
