The apartment was very spacious, had a fully functional kitchen, large bathroom with heated floors in the shower area. Each room had it's own thermostat, which was very convenient. The breakfast was amazing, with a selection of local cheeses, cold cuts, muesli bar, pastries and fruits as well as every type of eggs made to order.

The only minus was that only the bedrooms had windows and natural light. The kitchen and living-room area was quite dark, so if you plan on spending lots of time in these common spaces, that is something you should consider. The water pressure could have been better.

I loved the rustic feeling of the modified apartment which was basically under.tgw wooden ceiling incorporating the beams. The breakfast offered by the structure at the Viertel bar was the best I have ever had! The location is ideal for exploring the historic center.

There was not much direct light in the room, but this could also be a good point for sleeping better in the night. The absence of a bidet in the bathroom was a minus for me

Room was spacious and clean, breakfast was wonderful - you could order egg dishes from the chef, there were pastries, fruits and freshly made coffee to order. The location was easily accessible and the staff allowed us to store baggage after checking out since we wanted to explore the city a bit more before departure.

Newly renovated apartment right in center of Bressanone. Gorgeous design elements, crisp, clean,and comfortable with modern extensive kitchen, beautiful sitting area, and wonderful breakfast. Very special experience to stay in the heart of Bressanone. Local family manages the property and was very friendly, professional and responsive.

I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect when I booked this accommodation but I decided to give it a try since we were only staying in Brixen for one night. Overall it was a fun and pleasant surprise. Everything you need could be found in the room and the design was so stylish and non traditional. It was definitely a change from your typical hotel room. In addition, the beds were very comfortable and there were nice little touches like water, fresh fruit, and a welcome drink. We took advantage of the complementary Brixen cards to enjoy the huge Aquarena swimming complex right nearby and also to ride the Plose gondola. Finally, the breakfast was absolutely delicious; they offered lots of choices to suit any taste. It was a perfect way to fuel up before starting the AV2.

We go to bed early and our room was noisy until about 11pm as it was just above the bar. My son’s room was much quieter as it was on the other side of the building. I would also say that if you are looking for a traditional hotel you may not enjoy the property as much as we did. Think “tiny home”or “loft”.

It’s very cute and beautifully designed, though small. Lovely linens, nice staff, easy check-in and checkout. Great location.

There are quite a few stairs up to the entrance which would be a bit tough if you have heavy, or a lot of, luggage.

Fantastic location in the town centre, great design, cool place for young people, super friendly staff, great breakfast a la carte included.

Our apartment smelled to smoke - not the fault of the hotel but some reckless guests before us.

Everything was very nice, but most especially I appreciated how kind and thoughtful the staff were (all of them, from the receptionist to the chefs at breakfast to the cleaning personnel). I would certainly return here.

Okay, this stay was unique, rustic and quirky. Our room had one chair and a loft bed. Maybe not ideal for a 70 year old couple but we managed. Most of these rooms are on the second level with no lift. There is a nice restaurant on the lower level where breakfast is also served. You can get a welcome drink on arrival. Perfect location. Parking in a public ramp for a discounted fee purchased at hotel.

No TV in room.

The hotel has excellent staff and a lovely breakfast at the bar downstairs, which is included in the price. The place is very clean and fresh, with a unique design. We loved staying there.
