Everyone who works there is genuinely kind and attentive. The breakfast was great! From freshly baked bread, fruits to prosciutto to perfectly cooked scrambled eggs(made to order!) They offer afternoon snacks at the cafeteria for free of charge. The spa was a nice treat every afternoon after skiing. They serve full course dinner at just €30 starting with great selection of antipasto buffet! The chefs are amazing. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. 5 mins walk to the village. The view of the mountains from our room was magnificent. We will definitely come back here in summer.

Friendliness and attentiveness of all staff. Wonderful meals and meal preparations. Huge antipasto and breakfast buffet selections. Great location. Really nice spa with steam room, sauna, hot tub, shower, WC and lounge area.

Since we are on a 35 day vacation we needed large luggage and every hotel or property we have stayed at in Italy has very little room to lay out luggage for access to our packed items and certainly no place to put all of our packed items for use especially bathroom toiletries. Similarly every place we have stayed have what appears to be a towel warming rack in bathroom, none of which we could figure out how to use.

The location, staff and food are fantastic. The owners really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome, and helped address any needs we had. The garden is a lovely place to relax after a day of hiking.

The attic room was a bit too warm at night, even with heaters off and windows open so something to consider. It was also not great to be able to sit and read or work on your laptop. But for just a holiday, it was fantastic

Staff was absolutely amazing, so attentive to anything you might need. The food (breakfast and dinner course) was delicious! Location is good for skiing in Seiser Alm, the ski bus stops right in front of the hotel.

The hotel is a bit outdated, we had a room in the attic and it could use fresh touch. The beds were not very comfortable, we both had trouble getting some good sleep. The table tennis table is outdoors and not in a very good shape.

This lovely family run hotel exceeded our expectations. We are disappointed we only stayed for one night and would happily stay again if travelling in this area. The breakfast was varied and delicious. We opted to stay for dinner and we were not disappointed- it was absolutely superb with a great selection of local wines available to purchase. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed a one night stay anywhere more than the Parc Florian Hotel. Thank you.

Great.breakfast, large selection, very tasty offerings, nice staff, and lovely late afternoon snacks. the owner was very helpful and hospitable and did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable.

The bed cover was too heavy and hot. and the location had only one restaurant open.for a simple dinner..the gourmet restaurant at the hotel was too much food for us , and so were the other restaurants, except for one, We prefer when we are traveling a simple menu and dining option until at least 8:30 and preferably 9 so we can relax before dinner after the days activities. This draw back might serve to be a reason why we would not return to the area. but choose Castelrotto instead

I was at the hotel 2 days in winter 2023 with half-board...and the staff was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! I was personally accompanied to my room, they offered a complementary snack in the afternoon (for those who don't spend all days walking or skiing), they baked their own cakes, the restaurant buffet was pantagruelian (both at breakfast and at dinner), they even offered a complimentary bus ticket to visit nearby valleys.

I could not understand how to control the towel rail in the toilet

Everything, beautiful clean building very impress Ursula and her brother made me feel so welcome, like if they knew me, or I was part of their family, I was assigned a table, and that was my table for breakfast and dinner the entire stay, free bus pass to go to any town I wanted, the staff were so friendly, I just wished the weather would’ve been nicer so I could’ve stay longer.

Location is superb! Our room was on the front with incredible views of two snow capped Dolomite peaks but all views would be great. Outstanding Continental buffet with cooked egg option. Beautiful dining room with designated table with name card a nice touch. Excellent Fixed Prix dinner with unbelievable Antipasto / Salad buffet. Complimentary bus pass for unlimited use of valley bus system a very welcome surprise. Used them to visit Kastelruth and St. Ulrich. Friendly, very helpful hosts.

Our stay was fantastic! The staff is so so kind and tailor everything to your needs, the food is delicious and the free of charge afternoon snack is actually a little buffet that is just too good for words. The dinner in the evening is beyond expectations and the spa and pool facilities very nice. We will definitely be back!

The breakfast was really good, though we missed bacon and a bit more egg options. (They do have soft boiled eggs!)
