The room and facilities were amazing. The room's aesthetic have some kind of cabin theme to it which makes it quite unique and yet feels very cozy. The balcony in the room has a direct view of the mountain which was beautiful. The reception area is also very welcoming, perfect for a group hang out area. The breakfast is also pretty good. The wellness center has a lot of facilities from salt steam room, finnish sauna, etc, and a pool. The location is also right in the city center, so it was nice to have a little walk around the city.

The wellness center is open for only a few hours a day, and since we were out most of the day, we barely had time to get to enjoy it. They should keep it open a bit longer.

Great location, in the heart of the town, a very good breakfast and an optional dinner (extra charge) with delicious local dishes. We also had a nice welcome cocktail evening the day we arrived, very cool! The hotel team managed to get us connected rooms, even though at the time of reservation there were non available. Kudos!

I wish there was a laundry room

Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very nice - with full continental breakfast options, pastries and cakes, and a made to order eggs station (scrambled, fried, omelette, crepes). The hotel was very modern and comfortable, with a great spa facility and large pool. Location was good - nearby nice restaurants, bus stop and cable cars. Our room had a nice view to the mountains.

The spa got crowded at peak time; the hotel price was not cheap, but probably fair for the area.

Nice hotel in the middle of Dolomites with plenty of things to do outside and in the hotel. Cable cars to the surrounding peaks right across the street. Nice swimming pool and sauna facilities. Exceptional food and meals prepared. Highly recommended. Not cheap, but worth the expense.

Both breakfast and dinner was delicious. Beautifully presented with helpful and extremely attentive and professional and friendly staff.

Less traffic noise from bedroom, although view was lovely. Curtains rather than just net curtains would have been nicer.

A lovely hotel and stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast and evening meal were both fantastic.

hotel on the main road, a little noisy. also not close to ski lift but they do supply shuttles. matress too soft.

Clean, comfortable hotel. We had a junior suite it was lovely with an outside seating area. Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast! Nice facilities. We really enjoyed our visit.

Professional staff, restaurant and bar outstanding
