I thoroughly enjoyed the location, which offered stunning views and convenient access to local attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home immediately. The restaurant exceeded my expectations with its delicious cuisine and attentive service. Additionally, the spa facilities were top-notch, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience that was even better than I had anticipated.

A gentleman was working at the breakfast buffet in the morning whose behaviour was somewhat excessive, obnoxious, and insincere. Such behaviour is unacceptable, especially when you are paying for a professional service. This is particularly concerning if there are children around. I did not appreciate being exposed to this conduct while eating with my wife.

The receptionist Mirko was so friendly and welcoming. Couldn't do enough for us. The rooftop pool and spa facililites were amazing. . such a beautiful spot. Slippers, robes, big thick towels provided too. We got upgraded for free on arrival which was a bonus. Room was spotless, bright and airy.

Breakfast was a bit disorganised. Noone there to greet us on arrival nor show us to our table as staff seemed busy so we sat at an empty table which had no cutlery or anything else ..only to be asked half way through our breakfast to move to our allocated table which was right at the back of the restaurant miles back from he buffet, We weren't advised when shown to our table that we could also order other breakfast options that were available such has omelettes and pancakes which were on a separate menu on the dressed tables so we wer4e a bit disappointed there.

Every service here is worth the price of the room! The location is excellent, and you can get to almost anywhere you want to go by using the cable car and shuttle bus. Breakfast is our favorite point, with a wide variety of choices and the ability to make additional meals; the hotel also provides a sauna, lounge and rooftop swimming pool, which are all plus points

To be honest, I think the photos are more gorgeous than the actual experience, especially the photo of the rooftop pool. To be honest, I was attracted by the photos and booked it. Compared with the pools of other mountain hotels I visited, I expected it to be very large, as you can see in the photos, but it was actually a little small and crowded, especially when there were many people. I strongly recommend changing the perspective of the photo and not opening such a wide angle. But the scenery and display facilities are impeccable!

Amazing hotel in the centre of St Cristina, perfect for a hiking trip in the Dolomites. The staff were super friendly and really helpful. We got a lovely room upgrade and the space was large & very clean. The facilities in the room were perfect and extra touches like gowns and slippers were a lovely bonus. The spa area was such a treat after a long day, the large pool & spa area was clean & great to relax in. The breakfast buffet was brilliant and had plenty of options. We were really pleasantly surprised with our stay here! Free parking & walking distance from restaurants too. Would give it 5 stars & would definitely return!

Nothing, everything was better than expected

I have two young children and the location was perfect for walking the town,and the hotel offered free public transportation tickets, this made it very convenient to travel to other towns and see the wonderful Christmas decorations! The hotel has private transportation to any ski lift we wanted to go to also! Omar is the driver and he is very amazing, he took care of my family with kindness and confidence! The rooftop pool is out of this world, it’s quite breathtaking! The hotel has a private room to store all snow gear, also a store to rent snow gear, skis and snowboards just a couple feet away! The staff is so kind and welcoming, we were very pleased all around! We will definitely choose to stay at Hotel Touring each visit we take to the dolomites!

Wonderful hotel! Great location, friendly and competent staff, amazing amenities such two spas, outdoor heated pool with a view, multiple saunas. I did the half board, so breakfast only, and it was amazing!! Very rich selection of local delicacies, and it had something for everyone! My favorite was the bread, I love european bread, so it was a treat. Rooms were spacious, clean and well designed, comfortable bed. The interior design feels opulent, but modern and fit for the mountains. They have a Mercedes van shuttle that takes guest to/from the lifts. I have been to the Dolomites several times, and this is one of my favorite places.

Nothing really, everything was great, the only recommendation is if you are a light sleeper, request a room not facing the street, as if you open the window, you will get an occasional noise coming from passing trucks/people, but it’s normal in Europe and it didn’t bother me that much, I just closed the window.

Hotel touring provided great benefits in the package like private transfer to the resort ski lifts, gourmet dinners, skiing suggestions and personal interactions. The parking facilities were also great and we had a choice of two parking spots(both providing video surveillance). The food was absolutely perfect.

It would be great if the shuttle service can cover a wider area (or at least more locations in Santa cristina). This is just a suggestion, overall everything was perfect.

Beautiful hotel decor. Great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful with maps and recommendations. The food was great. The rooftop infinity pool, sauna, and two relaxation rooms were fantastic! I loved the meditation room that had a view of one of the Dolomite mtns. It had a lovely aroma and a fireplace. I noticed that the daily info sheet on your breakfast table was tailored to each persons language. I loved this small but thoughtful element. This is the most relaxing hotel I've ever stayed in.

The rooms did not have AC but when we inquired about it , they happily provided a fan. I understand that this has been an exceptionally hot summer and may not typically need AC or a fan.

We love facilities. Staffs was friendly. The food was so much better than what we expected.

Its a bit far from Ortisei, but if you drive this is not an issue. Also, hotel offers free bus tickets that you can use for going to ortisei. Actually we used this as a benefit to hike towards Seceda on the tracks starting closer to this hotel location; less crowede, less touristic, but beautiful! There is also a cable care.
