We had never been in the Dolomites before, but we got so many good advice of hikes that are not crowded and give the best views. The brothers (owners) are so nice and helpful. Wonderful view of the Dolomites that makes them feel so massive and near. Great place to explore the mountains by foot or by lift (Col Raiser lift is just a 5 minute walk). Cozy atmosphere at the hotel and nice to sit in the evenings to plan next days adventures.

The hotel was much nicer and bigger than I expected it to be so it was a bit of a shock when I rocked up in my dirty hiking clothes to find a fairly sophisticated establishment. I booked half board, all the meals and the service in the restaurant, as well as the reception were exceptional. My room was nice and clean. At first I was concerned about the river running right next to the hotel being too loud but it turned out to be perfect white noise and I had my best sleep here! The view from the restaurant is absolutely mesmerising and I felt very well taken care of by the waiters.

I really wish it was made clear on the website and on Booking that the spa is a no-textile area. I was very unpleasantly surprised when I went down and then left promptly. I know it’s the norm in some places but unfortunately I don’t come from one of those. :(

It’s a perfect hotel in all relevant respects ，Located above the town，but really closed to the cable Col Raiser, 5min distance away by walk。everything was perfect during our stay，the room face to Mountain has nice view，is tidy and cleaned，the staffs of hotel have alway been helpful ，reception will you a traffic card when you check in，so you can use it take the bus connecting cable stations without pay bus fare during you stay ，the breakfast was really hearty，dinners did as well ，4 courses 25euro for each，were extremely delicious。highly recommend!

The service from the staff was truely exception. From the moment we arrived right to the moment we left, they made us feel so welcome. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner there the 3 days of our stay and everything was amazing! Such great quality, and again the service from wait staff was flawless. We can’t recommend this place enough! Perfect location, clean facilities and beautiful views too.

Great location, really comfortable, great facilities including a boot room with individual lockers that worked really well. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Great range of grown up non-alcoholic drinks and healthy teas. Food was lovely; allergies and plant-based diet very well catered for. Slept like a log in the very comfy bed.

Everything was brilliant, the staff were fantastic and friendly and the hotel itself was even more than we’d anticipated. So much so that we’ve already looked at booking again for a future trip. The dinner was also fantastic and incredible value.

The staff and food were absolutely amazing, as well as their tips for hiking and the region itself. The dinner portions were huge, you get really well fed here, heheh.

The room I got was slightly older (not renovated like the pictures I saw), however, it was very clean so this was not a real problem.

Bath robe was available. Toilet was spacious. Bed was extremely comfortable with two pillows for each person. Breakfast and dinner was generous and full of variety and you are able to get different food options every day. You must get half board option!

Great hotel - perfect location for hiking without a car. Stunning surroundings, service was consistently excellent - amazing spread at breakfast and dinner. Room was comfortable although small (single). Very quiet.
