Amazing hotel, excellent facilities including the breakfast, easy parking in their garage and above all very hard working & awesome staff! Oh yes and heated and very convenient indoor pool. Attention to detail in everything they do is commendable. Simply the best!

No cons other than the little out of center location. Fitness center could be a little bigger, it was little hard to use the technogym kinesis because there was literally no roomn in front of it. May be remove one of the treadmills and make some room in front of it? Regardless, we would stay there again, no doubt!

This was an amazing hotel in Ortisei. It is up on the hill, so you get the peace and quiet but still walkable to all of the shops and restaurants in Ortisei. We were greeted so warmly by every staff member and it seemed every staff member knew us and where our room was, which car was ours…. You name it!! Everything down to cleaning our windshield and leaving us a bag of treats in our car was just fantastic. What a special hotel we will never forget and hopefully be back to!!

The location of this hotel was perfect for us-close enough to town for an easy walk but far enough out to be quiet. The hotel was very clean and we loved the amenities, especially the in-room sauna which easily accommodated our family of 5. There were also little touches like sweets and herbal tea nightly in our room and washing the windshield of our rental car before we checked out which were so nice. Best of all though was the exceptional staff! Thank you to all of you for making us feel so welcome.

Everything! The facilities, the design and feels of this Hotel are beautiful. Staff is extremely professional and polite, definitely most polite staff we’ve ever come across in hotels. Eager to assist us with finding ski instructor, driving us with shuttle etc. Rooms are outstanding.

Montchalet's rooms and grounds are stunning. Everything is very well appointed. The restaurant offers delicious food, but the heart of town is also an easy walk from the resort and they'll give you a ride if you only want to do the downhill! Not the mention the staff at Montchalet were wonderful communicators and made our stay extra special.

Everything was perfect, we couldn’t have asked for more. Very clean and nice room with great room services. Every staff we met were friendly and attentive. We loved staying at Hotel Montchalet - the best hotel we’ve ever visited ☻

The staff was very professional and welcoming. They really anticipated every need and surpassed it. We got a complementary room upgrade for my birthday, and the room was so special! It seemed like every time we left the room there was some sweet touch or complementary something that was left for us to return too. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing! It was so nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the little town, but still be only a reasonable walk away. There are pathways all throughout the town that make getting around so convenient! We didn't even need to get in the car! There were very very nice electric bikes for us to rent which we did one day when we went on an electric bike tour through the mountains which was such a magical experience. It was by far the most elegant hotel experience I've ever had. There were so many amenities we didn't have time to take advantage of too. There is so much to enjoy in the hotel, if it weren't such a beautiful area, we could have spent all our time just enjoying all the beauty available at Montchalet!

I definitely could have asked for help, but I found the phone system in the room to reach staff or room service to be confusing and wasn't able to use it when I really wanted to order food.

Friendly Staff with pleasant attitudes and excellent customer service. Really liked the private outdoor whirlpool terrace that our room had.

A bit too small and expensive

Location and hotel and staff were everything and more! Perfect place to stay and had the hotel shuttle any moment we needed to go anywhere.
