1. The hotel offers incredibly beautiful scenery; you can witness the breathtaking mountain views right from your room. The outdoor terrace is stunning from dawn till deep into the night! It's like a vast masterpiece. 2. The spa and sauna area of the hotel is truly commendable. Facing the captivating mountain views, it provides a genuine sense of relaxation, along with refreshments and a comfortable lounge area. Even if one doesn't venture into the mountains for a hike, simply staying in the hotel's spa area is a profound way to unwind and indulge. 3. The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and professional, willing to provide any assistance you may need.

1. The hotel is built halfway up the mountain. For guests who don't come by car, going in and out of the hotel can be quite tiring, especially after a day of hiking. There is a small shuttle bus for transportation up and down the mountain, but it only runs once an hour and is not very punctual. We stayed for 4 days and only took it once. 2.The hotel restaurant's food is average, but if you don't eat at the hotel every day, it means you'll have to go down to the town to eat. 3. The mountain view suite of the hotel might be newly renovated as there is a slight smell of paint in the room. 4.Room cleaning is done quite early every day. If you don't hang the "Do Not Disturb" sign, the cleaning staff will knock on your door at 9 AM.

Good breakfast options. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely infinity pool and sauna / steam room. The room was very comfortable with nice balcony.

The time given to use the wellness area was very limited, between 3pm- 7pm. Room was a little dated for the price but was very comfortable .

Ortisei is beautifull, Hotel is superb, but the Personnel of the hotel is amazing!!!! Hotel is really skii in skii out down the town on a fantastic red slope (piste:).

Loved the outdoor breakfast area and outdoor space and view. Loved the staff. Rooms were good. Very clean which I loved.

Beds and pillows too firm. Need better gluten free bread options. Would be nice to plant or pot more of a green screen to block parking lot views while you eat breakfast. Inside restaurant is very tight.

We really loved the wellness area - what a view from the sauna. The warm swimming pool was amazing too. The staff were so kind, we are so grateful. They even prepared us a packet lunch on our last day. We only ate once in the hotel restaurant because we were curious to try some place in town, but once was enough to say it was amazing quality and good value for money

This hotel was AMAZING!! Stunning views, beautiful spa area, the most kind/welcoming staff, delicious kitchen for breakfast and dinner, and the perfect location!! I was very sad to leave!

No AC, but the weather at night was cold and made it easy to sleep with the windows open! And the part where we had to leave.

We had to use a towel to keep water from the shower spilling out into the bathroom floor.

The hotel location is fantastic. The hotel’s structure is great; our junior suite room had a great view. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing full of variety with either salty and sweet products. Wellness area fulfilled our expectations. Great place to relax, rest and enjoy the nature around.

Pillows were not comfortable. Only suggestion :)
