This apartment in the heart of Ortesi is the PERFECT location to visit the Dolomites for the week. We enjoyed every bit of our stay here and only wish we had longer to continue our adventure. Our host Emanuel was so kind and greeted us quite late in the afternoon, he gave us suggestions for spots we could visit which we would highly recommend listening to. The apartment itself had everything you would need to cook clean and enjoy a home away from home. Free parking on site. Two gorgeous balconies! There are two small supermarkets less than a 5 min walk away, the main town center is a 10 min walk which has the main fully stocked supermarket. The cable cars to seceda and Alpe Di Susi are only a 15 minute walk away. St Magdalena is less than 1 hour by car / Lago Di Carezza less than 1 hour. Tre Cime/ Cadini Di Misurina is a 2 1/2 hour drive away. Couldn’t think of a better spot to explore this beautiful part of Italy. Emanuel thank you for a fantastic experience we will be back!

Nothing we didn’t like. Just keep in mind there are a few stairs to climb with heavy luggage if you end up on the top floor. Emanuel offers his assistance which is very kind of course! The shower pressure was fantastic, but it drains slowly. This was a non issue for us and we could see that it was in the process of being fixed.

Appartment had everything we needed, good parking. Clean on arrival. Very spacious as well. Good location, center is on walking distance. Ski lifts are also on walking distance but for Seceda I paid for parking.

A bit thicker matrasses maybe, but in quality you basically get what you pay for. The outdated wall outlets could be replaced, can't be that expensive, there were only two converters available. Not having a propper oven was unfortunate. The bus lines are a bit unpractical.

Large apartment, very comfortable for a family of four. Definitely not modern styling, but still practical, clean and well maintained,. Underground parking slot with easy access. The hosts were very helpful, we received a free transport card for the local buses, free voucher for Mar Dolomiti aqua park and also a promotion voucher for Dolomiti ski pass. Ski bus stop "Luna" is very close to the residence. Ortisei is great and this was a great place to explore it.

We had a very relaxing week at Ben Ste. Our host Katherina met us at arrival, gave us lots of information, free passes to the local swimming pools and public transport. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, warm and well equipped . The building has a basement garage where we parked our car. Shops are at walking distance, , it is a quiet area of Ortisei. I will definitely return!

- The location was extremely convenient & close to your grocery stores, restaurants, the downtown area & your hikes - Residence Ben Ste was extremely clean & well maintained - The amenities at the flat were great. IE: Laundry, extra linen, a full kitchen, etc. - The host (Emanuel) was extremely hospitable & was a pleasure to interact with

Every thing were perfect more than what i expected..we got some issue with our car in milan so we did late check in arround 1 am & mr .emanuel was very helpful& kind..recomnde this place for stat especially family.

This property was in a perfect location. There were two balconies that were awesome. The owner was so accessible, friendly, and helpful. This is a great place to stay.

It is a very clean, warm and comfortable APT with all you need for a ski holiday.

There is not good enough sound proofing. We had got very loud neighbors ( fortunately, it was only one night)
