The hotel is in the beautiful town of Ortisei. I love that the when you walk around the resort you are surrounded by beautiful scenery and picturesque mountains and a relaxing spa type atmosphere but when you walk out the front entrance of the hotel, you are in a fairytale beautiful town with restaurants and boutique stores. There is something for everyone at this hotel. It is walkable to some really amazing restaurants. You can also walk a few minutes to the iconic Seceda cable car and have the best most breathtaking views of the Dolomites. The breakfast which was included in our rate was delicious and varied. The hotel had a really nice bar with live music (piano player). The staff were extremely helpful. They arranged transfers from and to Bolzano train station which went perfectly as planned. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I can’t wait to go back to this hotel.

There was nothing that I did not like

We didn’t want to leave. The spa was hands-down the best I’ve ever experienced—luxurious, serene, and packed with features. Lovely views of the green and snow capped mountains from the warm saltwater pool. The breakfast buffet was large, offering everything from fresh pastries and made-to-order omelets to fruits and local specialties, catering to every palate. The bar was leathery and cozy, just what you want a hotel bar to look like. Excellent cocktails and aperitivo snacks. The room was great. The comfy bed made it hard to get up in the morning. The shower was a dream, with powerful water pressure and a spacious, modern design. Parking was a breeze, with ample space and easy access, which made my stay stress-free. The staff were genuinely warm and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure every need was met with a smile. This hotel nailed every detail, making it an unforgettable stay.

Our stay at Adler Spa Resort Dolomiti was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the serene alpine setting and the resort’s understated elegance. The grounds are immaculate, with breathtaking views of the Dolomites at every turn. The spa facilities are world-class — multiple saunas, steam rooms, and indoor/outdoor pools with panoramic mountain views make it easy to lose track of time. Our room was spacious, quiet, and thoughtfully designed, blending natural materials with modern comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we woke up each morning to the sound of birds and crisp mountain air. Meals were a highlight: the breakfast buffet is vast and beautifully presented, with everything from fresh fruit and pastries to made-to-order eggs and local specialties. Dinner was equally impressive, with inventive, flavorful dishes and excellent wine pairings — all served by a warm, attentive staff who made us feel genuinely welcome. What truly sets Adler apart is the atmosphere: luxurious yet unpretentious, with every detail carefully considered. Whether we were relaxing in the spa, hiking nearby trails, or enjoying a quiet drink on the terrace, we felt completely at ease. We left feeling renewed and already planning our return. If you’re looking for the perfect mix of nature, luxury, and wellness, this is it.

Nothing to speak of

The setting was gorgeous and the staff was courteous, professional, attentive but knew when to give you your privacy. It was the best stay we have ever had at a resort. It was a 10 on 10. I highly recommend this property.

We LOVED EVERYTHING about this property and hopefully will have the opportunity to return one day.

Beds and pillows were not up to the standard of comfort you would expect. The temperature in the room was fine because it was cool at night, but during the summer I would imagine the lack of AC to be a problem. Also even if there is no need for AC, a fan or something with airflow in the room would be helpful.

The breakfast spread was impressive! Even though we were there for three nights, we never got sick of the breakfast spread. The salad and cheese bar at dinner was also great, although the dinner courses we had on the first night had room for improvement. The location was perfect! It was right by the main promenade in Ortisei, and a short walk to the Seceda and Alpe di siusi cable cars. The spa facilities were beautiful. Thoroughly enjoyed the hydrafacial and sports massage that we booked after a tiring day of hiking. I can see myself returning for a longer stay to enjoy the facilities. There are sufficient facilities to keep you occupied even if you stayed at the hotel throughout the day.

The restaurant could be better ventilated. After breakfast, the food smell remained in our hair and clothing.

It was our first visit to this lovely hotel and we were duly impressed by what was on offer. All the staff were extremely attentive and smiling...we shall definitely return

Totally epic view and variety of spa experiences. Many resting areas. Very plentiful breakfast buffet with appetizing vegan options. Decor is not gaudy. Sustainable practices employed like no plastic bottles. Has weekly programming of yoga and hiking activities. Stellar service that's not overbearing and thoughtful. Would return in a heartbeat.

Our double room was consistently too hot despite asking the front desk to turn it down. We ended up opening the windows. Dinner isn't as worth it in terms of quality of cooking - venison

Couldn’t rate this place highly enough… super hotel / friendly helpful staff / great location / great gym and spa area… really special in fact. And the food was outstanding… you must go half board👍👍

Nothing - the town itself was very busy as was some of the easier hiking trails… but we loved the place
