We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The apartment we stayed in was exceptionally spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped to a high standard. Everything was spotless – the cleanliness was absolutely impeccable, which we really appreciated. Although the property is located a bit further from the town center, this turned out to be a major advantage: the panoramic mountain views from the hotel are simply stunning and made our stay even more special. We also used the hotel’s complimentary shuttle service to the town center, which was very convenient and ran until 6:00 PM. It was well-organized and made getting around easy. Overall, we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and peaceful surroundings with breathtaking scenery.
There were absolutely no drawbacks – everything met or exceeded our expectations.

This was a great property to base yourself for exploring Ortisei and the Dolomites! Don't miss taking the gondola up to Alpe di Siuse - one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen! Our apartment had a kitchen suitable for cooking breakfast, lunch and simple dinners. The facilities were wonderful! We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub, indoor pool and sauna/steam room spa area. It was all immaculately clean and well-maintained! We were provided with comfy robes and towels specifically for these areas. Our rooms were very clean and were decorated with a rustic, mountain flair. The view from the property is spectacular. It's situated on a hill above the town, so there are several hairpin turns to reach the property. There is ample parking. There are metal stairs going from the property down into the town which we used several times per day. Be aware that the stairs are somewhat slick when wet, and there are 150+ stairs, so you get quite a workout coming up. We didn't mind, but some may not like this.

Beautiful location, wonderful facilities. We really enjoyed using the spa and pool, the free shuttle service was great too. The views were amazing and the place was very clean. Close to the main town and the free parking was a bonus!
The rooms were so hot with no AC or fan overnight, making sleeping quite uncomfortable. The shuttle was great but stops at 6pm, same with local buses .. so you do have a pretty challenging uphill 20 min walk back on a full tummy after dinner. These were small, and didn’t outweigh all of the positives for us.

My husband and I had a great 2-night stay here at the end of our trip in the Dolomites. We stayed in the penthouse suite and it was lovely - It was nice to have so much space, the kitchen was spotless and great to have, and there was a nice balcony with a view of the mountains. I was also pleased to find out on arrival that I could use an order form left in the room to order breakfast foods, which the owner shopped for and left at my door by 7:30 in the morning. This was nice so we didn't have to walk to town to get breakfast. I would not hesitate to return.
Nothing - just be aware that Ortisei is built on a steep hill and this place is near the top of it, so you have to walk down a steep hill (or a ~150-step staircase right next to the property) to get down to where the restaurants are, and then back up after. But it helps burn off the food :)

Loved the rooms, the amenities; the staff are nice and the property is very smoothly operated once you get there. Kitchen is well stocked. Shower is strong, which I absolutely love.
Location is not the best, it is quite far up in the town, it would be a mini hike if you were walking up, but there are some escalators near the Seceda cable car to help with the elevation gain. It is of course easier if you are driving, but the roads up there are very narrow with a couple of sections of road works (in summer), therefore not great for bigger vehicles.

My daughters and I absolutely loved this place. The space is spacious, spotless, and exceptionally well-managed, with incredibly thoughtful services (they even offer a shuttle to help with getting up and down the hill!). All the staff are so helpful and warm. The pool is beautiful and pristine, and we especially adored the gummy bear treats at the front desk. We truly fell in love with this place and would come back in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay at Residence Cesa Sassela in Ortisei. The location is excellent, near to the cable cars for Seceda and Rasciesa, making it perfect for exploring the Dolomites. The room is very spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is impressively large. An added bonus is the indoor pool, which is great for relaxing after a day outdoors. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Ortisei!

The room is very spacious with wooden texture. Very clean and comfortable. The balcony is great view. Used the sauna, very impressive! Did not have the chance to use the swimming pool or jacuzzi but imagined they would be great too. Everyone is so helpful and can have pickup service during day time from nearby area. Highly recommend this place!
Nothing to complain about!

The whole area is like a fairy tale - it is an exceptionally beautiful part of the country and birds would sing all day long. The location is high enough that you get a nice view of the town. The view from our room was amazing - it made us wish we had booked a whole week instead of just three nights. There is a little staircase that runs next to the hotel so you can walk to town easily. Barbara (front desk) was really helpful both before our trip and when we were there as she had a number of good restaurant recommendations and advised us on the different mountains/gondolas in the area. The hotel itself is great; the beds were comfy (and they introduced us to the "European twin sized" comforter which is genius), the sofa bed was incredibly easy to use and put away and having a kitchen was nice. We used the nespresso machine a lot but also cooked one night. Bonus - they have an indoor pool and steam room/sauna which is really luxurious (I don't know if it gets much use as we were alone). We had a load of laundry done which was very affordable and was ready the next day (or maybe even the same day later? it was fast). A really nice feature is - if you order before noon you can have breakfast items (croissants, yogurt, eggs, milk, etc.) delivered to your door by around 7:15-ish then next morning!
Getting into the parking lot is a little tricky - the driveway is steep (no tire chains allowed FYI) and you have to make a couple of sharp turns and my rental car was not really up to the task. I would have liked a small sponge/soap to be able to scrub some of the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher, or for non-dishwasher items (knives, wooden spoons) but this is nitpicking. I would have loved the use of towels in the swimming pool area (I may have missed them, and should have asked). My husband would have preferred better water pressure in the bathroom but I thought it was ok.

The hotel staff were very nice, they greeted me with smiles and talked politely. They promptly replied to me with all my questions in Bookings's chat and provided me with all the clarifications. I stayed here with my family, 5 people all adults. We chose the 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms (2 bathrooms with 1 toilet) option, the rooms are exceptionally clean and we were able to see the view nicely as well. The location of the place is situated on a hill, but it is not far from the center area, we managed to walk to the center area. There is also a free charge for parking space. Totally recommended for this Residence : )
The road to the place was a bit challenging for us as we had to drive up a hill, but we managed to do it okay. All in all, the location is great!
