Everything! Excellent location. Ortisei is the most beautiful village in the Dolomiti area. The Hotel is absolutely amazing! The rooms, the breakfast, the spa, the pool!!! Excellent! The gardens well kept! Only one thing wrong. 3 out of 5 evenings there was a theme in the hotel 's bistro. We didn't attend not even one because the cleaning staff that leave the information about the events, left the brochure of information so late, that we were far exploring the mountains, and by the time we came back everything was over. They should leave it earlier or preferably the day before. And also the bistro closes so early. It should be at least 2 hours more. Finally there is no staff at the hotel after 10:00 pm.

The facilities were exceptional. The hot tub, panoramic sauna and steam room were very luxurious. The breakfast had a huge selection of high end foods to choose from and hot food was made to order. We loved the breakfast! The room was really spacious and comfortable. The views from the balcony were amazing looking out to the mountains and down The Valley. The whole place was incredibly clean and the gardens were really well kept with wildflower meadows near to the pool. The staff recommended some great hikes and explained everything there was to do. Every member of staff was so friendly during our stay. No idea why it’s a 3* hotel, felt more like a 4* or 5* hotel. I would definitely go back!

The room was quite hot and had a fan but could have done with aircon. I think it might have been particularly warm (30 degrees) the time we were there.

Breakfasts were tailored to individual taste, fresh, delicious and healthy. Everything you could want was available. Wonderful service in the dining area. The location was perfect... a quick walk into town and equally well located to the 3 Ortesei lifts.

Everything was wonderful. The friends we traveled with were celebrating a special occasion and the staff helped us put together a wonderful surprise celebration that began with champagne in the garden and ended with a private dinner in the wine cellar! The staff is extremely knowledgeable about the area and met with us on arrival to help plan our daily activities and then mapped everything out for us on a daily basis. We ended our days with a swim in the pool and time in the hot tub!

I give the Planlim Boutique Hotel 5 Stars. It has everything a boutique hotel has to offer and even more. It is a small intimate run family business which focuses in on customer service from the minute you check-in to the minute you check-out. I had rented an electric car from Milano to drive to the Planlim and at 2 am in the morning 7.5km away it ran out of power on the mountain. We emailed the hotel and they were there every step of the way, calling us, helping and advising us what to do until we checked in at 9:00am that morning. They even drove us to the towing company in town to pick up the car later that afternoon. Along with their spacious clean rooms, huge bathroom and excellent breakfast I could not have been more impressed with the Planlim. I would highly recommend anyone to stay there. You won’t be disappointed, I assure you.

We had an absolutely fantastic time. The staff were so friendly, and we wanted to give a special shout-out to Luca and Julian at reception for their brilliant suggestions on what to do around Ortisei - the activities were truly memorable. We also loved the facilities (especially the jacuzzi) and the view was simply breathtaking.

Honestly, there was nothing to complain about. The only very small thing was that we weren't keen on the scent of the hand soap and shower gel.

The on-site restaurant serves delicious local cuisine, and the breakfast buffet features a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. Overall, this hotel in Ortisei offers an exceptional experience that stands out even among the finest accommodations in the Swiss Alps.

Wonderful hotel, newly built, extremely clean and with professional friendly staff. Cleaning was being done every day in the room, the breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. The hotel is situated on a calm street, with no traffic or other noises. The ski lift to Seceda is 10-15 min away on foot and 10 min away from the center of the town, but here is a wonderful restaurant 5 mins away ( Snetonstube ). I really recommend the wine tasting evening on Wednesday where a small group of people can taste several wines, eat something light and socialize.

The hotel was modern and clean and the location was perfect, about 5 minutes from Ortisei town centre. When we arrived, we went straight out into the garden and couldn't believe how absolutely stunning the scenery was. It was breathtaking. The hotel staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. It was my birthday while we were there and they surprised me at breakfast with a small birthday cake. The cable cars, trams, and walking/biking trails were nearby too. We loved it ❤️

The facilities and staff at Hotel Planlim were exceptional. The property is rated as 3 star superior and we came to understand that is the top rating in the Ortisei region. Booking.com should list the property as 5 star plus. The property was beautifully designed. Cleanliness was great. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable of local attractions. We highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed.
