Staff were wonderful and attentive. A little too small if you travel with kids. Breakfast was great.

Looks a little different on the outside from others in the area, don’t let that put you off, when you walked in the door wow. You are welcomed as soon as you walked in. It’s smells amazing from its health and healing fragrancies. You are shown personally where to park and to your room. Breakfast and dinner was delicious. We loved how fresh and healthy everything was. They looked after all our needs. Asked where to hike and was shown a perfect hike. Our bed was super comfortable and we loved the effort of giving us 2 pillows. We really appreciate all the effort that went in to make us feel at home amd welcome. The hot tub was amazing after a long hike.

Everything was exceptional! Design - chic and clean but cozy; Food - excellent! both breakfast and dinner; Rooms - large, comfortable and very clean; Location - a minute’s walk from the center of town so central but very quiet; But first and foremost the staff - so nice, so warm, welcoming, helpful and attentive to our every need. Thanks so much Roland and team - we had such a wonderful stay at your charming hotel. The only disappointment was having to leave. Looking forward to returning.

Nice rooms and excellent, friendly service by staff. Food was fantastic also. Hats off to the chef and kitchen staff.

Swirl pool outside not hot enough. Could be a health hazard. Heard a guest who is a doctor saying as much, particularly in relation to females.

Nice location, comfort room with nice view of the mountains. Good breakfast. Nice Jacuzzi and spa area.

Pillow is too hard. Would be nice to have conditioner as well. Extra charge for having a shower in the changing room (after check out).

The staff at Mountain Design, Hotel Eden in Selva, couldn’t have been nicer. They were very generous with their time, recommendations, and were so welcoming. The restaurant is very nice, the spa is also very nice, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and pleasant.

Very clean. Free parking. Great breakfast. Cute mountainous town.

Reception staff are not friendly at all, you are really not treated as a paying customer (restaurant staff are great). Parking is very tricky with blind ends and very narrow spaces.

The staff was extremely customer oriented. The breakfast but even more the diner was amazing and the location is perfect for hiking the Dolomites. Highly recommended

If I have to mention something - the strawberries at breakfast were almost rotten. Otherwise everything was perfect.
