Garni Schenk was easily one of the best accommodation we have ever stayed at. The room was extremely clean and cosy. The beds were super comfortable and each day was remade to perfection. The staff were excellent, friendly and super helpful when it came to travel tips around the Dolomites. The garage was easily accessible and made it convenient to park our car. We cannot recommend this place enough! We will be coming back for the Winter :)

Great location, in walking distance to the ski lifts and nice restaurants near by. Modern facilities and spacious room with a balcony. Breakfast was good, beds were comfortable, rooms were made each day and lots of parking for guests

Staff weren’t that helpful when we asked about local hikes at check in, and staff were rarely at the front desk to ask questions besides at breakfast

Everything was great. The Owner was super nice, the room was beautiful, comfortable, very clean and spacious, the facilities were impeccable, breakfast was rich and tasty, and the parking is right on the hotel entrance. Skiing back to the hotel is 30 meters walk, Skiing from the hotel is 3 minutes walk to Ciampinoi or Coastabella chairlifts. We had a great time and will be back. Thank you!

I cannot emphasize enough how happy and satisfied I was with my stay! It was so cute and comfy and a once in a lifetime experience! The bed, the view, the bathroom, the room itself were all perfect! I loved that you could drink the fresh mountain water straight from the faucet it truly was delicious and my stay was well well worth every cent! Breakfast was also good!

The location is superb, the rooms are spacious and clean. The view from the balcony is stunning.

It would be nice to hear about the rules at the reception. We found a note in the kitchen that you have to pay extra if you want to use it. We were not told anything about it at the reception while checking in and were not sure if that was applicable to us.

Lovely impeccably clean room. Superb breakfast. Great location for getting up into the mountains or onto the (free) bus up and down the valley. When we wanted to extend our stay for a further night they couldn’t have been more helpful and moved things around so we could stay in the same room.

It would have been nice to have access to a sauna after a long day of hiking but it only seems to be open in the winter? It was a lovely hotel to stay at however. I would love to return.

Garni Schenk was an excellent place to stay overall and very good value for the money. Staff was very friendly, the place was perfectly clean (we never saw another hotel that was so clean and spotless) and the smell was lovely, like fresh pastries! Our room was spacious and had a lovely balcony with the view to the village and mountains. No air conditioning, but it was not a problem since the nights in the dolomites are quite cold. Breakfast was very good and prepares you for the long day of hiking.

Parking space was a little tight, but you could always find room, good for a small car.

Really nice little hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always greeted us with a smile and helped us with all our questions. The highlight for me staying there was the breakfast- delicious home made cakes, coffee and egg specials made on demand! The rooms were big and spacious, very clean and comfortable!

Hard to find anything we didn’t like - our room had a beautiful view but facing north so it was a little chilly to sit on your balcony.
