Amazing service, the family running the hotel are fantastic and bring such a personal feeling to the whole stay. I would highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay, great spa facilities and very clean everywhere. So much care is taken in everything and they are excellent hosts. Brilliant breakfast also!

Only small compliant was we found it expensive to charge 50 euros to us a cot per night compared to other hotels when this is normally included or a much lower additional cost. There was also no coffee machine, kettle, or fridge in the room, but they happily leant us a mini fridge for our stay.

This family owned hotel, left the best impression of all the hotels we stayed on our trip to Dolomites! Every space in this hotel was beautifully appointed, and attention to details left an impression on us. Not only was it definitely charming but it was lavish, stylish and modern. Service was over-the-top exceptional, every day! Whenever we had an inquiry, not only did they try to help, but they would get on the phone and make calls for us to facilitate our stay, reducing our anxiety in an unfamiliar place. Everytime we returned from an excursion, they were intent on knowing our experiences and providing advice for the next day's excursions. The breakfast service in the beautiful breakfast room was much better than we experienced anywhere. The attendants welcomed us every morning with smiles, enthusiam and sincere concern with regards to our needs. We were amazed they always knew our names, and what language to speak. Everyone is multi-lingual! In addition to the incredible buffet, they took special orders for the kitchen to prepare eggs for us and took coffee and tea orders too, bringing us pots of coffee. The spa area was beautiful and they provided thick dark gray plush velour robes and slippers during our stay to wear to the spa area. The fitness room was modern, with updated equipment and free weights! One night it was late since we spent our whole day hiking and lost track of time, so restaurants were closing and it was raining. We were carrying a leftover calzone to the bar to get a drink with it. The owners offered to heat it up for us in the toaster oven! They presented it on a real plate with silverware and napkins, and the beers we ordered, while we sat in their beautiful upscale restuarant that was closed for the summer. It never mattered how we were dressed or our situation, we were treated like royalty every moment we stayed there. We will definitely return to The Laurin if we are ever in the area again!!

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay at The Laurin! Upon walking in to the clean, modern lobby, we were greeted with handshakes from the owner. He provided a quick rundown on parking, breakfast (delicious buffet included every morning), and gave us bus passes for the local transit system. Our room was perfectly clean, cozy and offered a wonderful view of the Dolomites outside. We were SHOCKED when we discovered the spa downstairs (pool, saunas, steam room, hot tub, etc) that included a private adults only area. Truly a special experience well worth every penny. All the employees were overwhelmingly positive and polite. We would 100% stay here again.

We wish the rooms had refrigerators in them but very minor inconvenience. Also no air conditioning so it gets a little warm in the peak summer months but the night breeze feels very nice with the windows open.

Everything was fantastic, from the moment we arrived we were treated to home made strudel, we had a beautiful room, the facilities were exceptional- the pool, sauna, spa, garden. Great breakfast. The family running the business were lovely, curious and always willing to help. They helped us with our hikes and even booked them for us - as the lodge is a member of Val Gardena Actuve our hikes were either free or discounted depending on hike. Absolutely brilliant.

Everything was fantastic - nothing to not like.

Hotel is simply great. Looks like it was opened yesterday, extremly clean, nicely furnished with unbeliveable attention to detail. Staff is unusually polite and accomodating, breakfast is plentiful with high quality and localy procured food. Hotel itself is located in the centre of the Selva di val Gardena, parking is large and nice, wifi is maybe not the fastest one but works nicely and stable. One of the very best hotel experiences in a long, long time.

Comfortable room - good size, excellent view; wonderful bar area for afternoon relaxing with coffee tea or a drink. Warm welcome from staff who were unfailingly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Brilliant, varied and high quality breakfast- a definite highlight.

Nothing. Our only quibble was that the (quality) bedding was too warm. It would have been good to make a cup of tea in our room.

The breakfast was truly exceptional, I have never seen such a wonderful selection. So many choices and more offered in addition to be cooked to order. The spa was also fantastic, what a great place to relax after a days hiking. The spa offered fresh chilled water and snacks. The drinks also came with bar snacks - you will most certainly be impressed with the food and drink options here! We enjoyed everything about our stay here, the staff were very helpful with local knowledge and transport links & the hotel was very relaxing.

I was sitting in London looking on booking.com for hotels, and I’ll admit that when I came across the Laurin I knew it met the brief (swimming pool, electric car charging, good location) but the cynic in me thought “Small and Charming” sounded a bit naff. Maybe it works better in German, I thought. Or Italian. How wrong I was! The hotel is charming; really charming. And family run and quite small. Also the breakfasts are excellent.

I cannot fault anything.

Very stylish hotel , great location, exceptionally clean and comfortable rooms , very helpful and friendly staff . Wonderful customer service we were made so welcome from the start to finish . Delicious breakfast , Spa area is awesome with lots of facilities! Everything is top notch , Highly recommended !

Our room was great - large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a delight. There were made to order eggs and hot drinks in addition to a extravagant buffet that even included candy. The real highlight was was the staff who used my name from the moment I arrived on site, and did everything they could to ensure an amazing stay for me.

The rooms don't have air conditioning, but even in the summer, I was able to get a comfortable temperature using the large windows in the room.
