The breakfast was brilliant! Absolutely loved the fresh fruits, cakes and granola. The eggs on order were also freshly prepared and delicious. Toby at the breakfast tables was most charming and helpful! The Spa was one of the best ones we've ever seen! So artistic and amazing! The lady who received us at the desk with dark hair was very helpful and printed free bus passes for us. The location was also great!

The staff could be more welcoming and friendly. It would be nice if they had name tags. The blonde lady at the front desk would literally give us one-line answers. No one offered us any information about tours, local sights except the most brief answers. Everything else was amazing but staff could definitely benefit from some training in charm and warmth. Did not feel very welcoming.

The hotel had a great breakfast. We appreciated breakfast started early so we could begin hiking. The pool was very nice and my kids also enjoyed the trampoline. The hotel provided a pass for public transportation which we used to get to a chairlift. Our hotel room was clean and spacious, with a separate room for the kids. We loved the balcony.

The room was warm at night, even with opening the windows. While the hotel is lovely, it was still quite costly.

We really enjoyed our stay at hotel Savoy. Our room was spacious and clean overlooking the mountains, breakfast was delicious open buffet with so many options. Highlight was the spa area, we ended our hiking days at the saunas and pool relaxing. Dinner is fine dining with delicious food and very elegant atmosphere.

Absolutely fabulous stay. Great breakfask with excellent selection. Very polite staff. The bar at the lobby with great atmosphere enhanced with gentleman who took care of us. Snacks and apfelstrudel at the lobby after skiing was nice touch. The lift right to the slope was very stylish. Tha room we had was more classic style, I can see they do havealeso new modern style room, however the room was spacious, clean, with very comfy bed, big bathroom and balcony. Can only recommend this place.

The whole stay was perfect, from beginning to end. Friendly staff, the most comfortable room with everything you could think off for making you relax and wind down after a long day hiking. Breakfast was superb, my kind of breakfast. So many healthy choices including some naughty treats. Would definitely recommend.

Room and balcony were spacious, and it was really clean. The staff were all wonderful --- polite, helpful, friendly. The food was delicious. Dinner presentation was lovely and the dishes were creative.

There was no ac as mentioned in the property listing. It was also not as secluded as pictures would lead one to believe; it was tightly surrounded by other properties.

The hotel was definitely the best part of a great skiing trip. The suite was spacious, we enjoyed the private sauna in the balcony every day. Getting into a hot steamy sauna after a day of skiing and watching the snow tractors leaving to fix the slopes while the last late skiers are rushing back home, enjoying the view in the balcony with a glass of beer - that is a feeling second to none. Hotel is well located, close to the center, right besides a blue slope that leads to/fom Campinoi cable car.

Hot water was sometimes barely hot enough, once at night even cold. But mainly ok.

Stunning views, comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed rooms. Location is very central and convenient. The breakfast is mostly local foods - which were filled with unbelievable flavor. Really enjoyed my stay here.

Ideal location, very comfortable rooms and pool in the hotel. The breakfast was one of the best ever, not only because of the variety of products but also very local and health alternatives such as a lot of honeys types from around. The personnel was always very helpful and nice.
