Hotel lowenhof is a very well decorated and modern decorated hotel given the expectations for a hotel in the alps. the hotel room was cozy with a huge bath (if you get this room) and a good sized tv. the hotel provided us with bikes to use for the day and travel cards to take public transport during our stay, included in the price. the food was surprisingly really tasty and the breakfast buffet had many options to choose from.

The shower in the room is in the middle of the room so keep that in mind if not travelling with partners or as couples. The air conditioning in the room only went 3° higher or lower than the temperature outside which we found wasn’t cold enough for the rough summer heat.

We are lucky to have a free upgrade to bigger room with hot tub, thanks for staff who offer us an upgrade! Room is very nice and well design, and clean. Large balcony and very big couch outside is nice. Bed is very large and comfortable. Plenty of parking and EV charging stations are available. Hotel Restaurant is great (Pizza is a must try) thanks to recommendation from restaurant staff, we had a wonderful breakfast as well as free public transport to explore charming Brixen town. Impressive and we will definitely comeback.

The room was modern, spacious, very clean. The breakfast had a lot of options and everything I tried was excellent. The spa area was not as modern as the rooms, but it was enough for a hotel spa. Position of the hotel is great and you can easily get to other areas in the Dolomites.

Most of the members of the staff (checkin, restaurant) did not always seem very happy to help. They didn't provide any info about a card (BrixenCard) they gave us at the checkin so we didn't use it.

Our sauna room was outstanding! It felt so luxurious. A real treat. The restaurant (atmosphere, food and staff) was excellent and we ended up eating there every night. The location was perfect - so close to so many incredible spots.

We enjoyed starting each day with a morning swim in the pool but it was shame that the pool wasn’t as clean as it could have been. The hotel spa is rather outdated compared to the rest of the hotel but we were spoiled with our own sauna so didn’t need to use the it.

Very nice rooms. The location was great and you could walk to the monastery and paths along the river. The young gentleman who worked the front desk in the evenings was extremely helpful when we needed restaurant recommendations and reservations. The young lady who worked during the day wasn’t as helpful or friendly. Also, it would have been nice to know before booking a nonrefundable room that the indoor pool, bar and restaurants were closed. We received an email about the bar and restaurants after booking and learned about the spa only being partially opened upon arrival. NOTE: not the hotel’s fault but many facilities, restaurants, stores, hotels, spas, funiculars — are closed in this area for at least the first half of November. Just something to keep in mind when planning a trip. Nonetheless, the views were incredible and the hiking was spectacular.

Very nice spacious and modern room. Tasteful interior architecture and warm colors. Nice breakfast buffet.

The pool and its environs were overcrowded. People from the adjacent camping ground are allowed to use it too. That's not ok. Hotel guests are paying good money for their stay, so the pool should be reserved for them.

A luxurious stay with a wonderful room and excellent amenities. The hotel's restaurant is top-notch, and the pizzeria is a standout, although it's advisable to reserve your table in advance as walk-ins have limited availability. Additionally, there is a small store in the hotel for buying essentials, which are priced more affordably than the items in the room minibar.

Just a little pricey than the other places where we stayed in the Dolomites. From the value for money-perspective, it did not exceed my expectations.

We liked the room a lot, it is spacious and has a relatively big open wardrobe. The breakfast was great with a lot of options and the coffee is delicious. The spa is small and you need to book but well equipped with steam room, sauna and a pool which we enjoyed!

We didn’t like that the room doesn’t have a coffee machine or kettle. The dinner (pasta and pizza) in the hotel’s restaurant was average.

We booked the romantic suite for our honey moon and it did not disappoint! The room was absolutely stunning. The balcony was huge and hanging bed was a nice touch. The bathtub inside the room was luxurious and the shower was amazing! Breakfast includes fresh eggs made to order and was worth every bit. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!
