All the staff I encountered were friendly yet professional. Loved that the room is always cleaned when I return to it. The restaurant service staff (2 young gentleman and an older one) - are relaxed but efficient. They anticipate ur need and are friendly. Location is not at center but very close, 2 minutes walk. Good restaurants closeby and convenience store right in front. I highly recommend this hotel.

The smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Opening the windows did not get rid of it. Hotel should heavily fine if guests smoke in the room.

It was a very good hotel for its price in Ortisei! Location was 10/10, just a 2 minutes walk away from the main bus stop with pharmacies and supermarkets (Conad and Despar) nearby. Food options were plenty as well. Cleanliness was good and I was satisfied with the housekeeping services. The reception staff who is a pair of siblings were wonderful, helpful and kind, so are the restaurant staff. Would definitely come back again as it was well worth the price!

The hotel is located close to the Ortisei city center, bus stops, and 2-3 lines of cable car stations. Supermarket is just across the street. The breakfast is good. The room is quite clean and equipped with spacious bathroom and lovely balcony with nice view. Somebody may think the design & furniture in the room is too old, but it doesn't bother us since we didn't expect to see something modern in this place, and most important of all, everything is clean and functional.

The sound insulation in the room is not good, we can hear our neighbors talking and snoring. The hot water coming from the shower room is a bit low.

The location is perfect just close to center and way from any center noise, staff are super friendly, breakfast was simple yet extremely delicious, definitely will stay again if came to Urtijei again.

Nothing, one very slight note is the pillow, caused me neck pain, the cleaning lady helped by changing it but still was stiff and hard.

Location was great along the main drag and easy walking distance to wherever you needed to go. Staff were great as well - we took dinner at the hotel as well and enjoyed our meals, while a little pricey they were decent value when compared with other restaurants in the area especially givem that they come with a 4 course meal. Breakfast was solid too. Free access to the public pool and to the bus system were nice inclusions that we used.

Mattresses could be more comfortable and wish the beds came with top sheets for a little light cover compared to the heavier comforters. They also didn't have a/c, but with windows open, it was okay, if it's hot there, I could see it being too warm. Also, housekeeping comes regardless if you have a card out asking them to not come. Lastly, an electric kettle would have been great in the room, though I'm sure we could get hot water on the ground floor.

Good central location, free parking, close to swimming pool, free access to swimming pool and public transportation, good breakfast , including in the price a 5 dishes dinner that was fresh and delicious, very professional and nice old waiter .

Should be some vegetables on breakfast like fresh salads or tomatoes, cucumbers etc

Lovely hotel in a super location! So close to everything and a great place to have as a base if you’re hiking in Val di Funes. The breakfast is good and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Great value for money!

The room was a little warm as there was no AC but other than that we had no complaints!

the view from the balcony was special. the breakfast was top quality. Customer support by hotel staff was exemplary.

The breakfast was great, cereals, pastries, juices and cooked breakfasts. The location was fantastic, to some amazing restaurants, to the town centre and to access the road in and out of Ortesei. The room was on the 3rd floor, accessible by a lift. the room looked out at the mountains opposite...perfect!

Lovely hotel with comfortable room, gracious staff and excellent location.

The tub-shower is difficult to manage and a little dangerous given the high step over into tub and no shower curtain, which results in slippery floors. Also breakfast food was pretty basic but loved that it is included and cappuccino was delicious.
