We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It’s perfectly located—just a short walk to the cable car stations and the town center, which made getting around super convenient. The hotel is modern, very clean, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with plenty of variety. The staff were all incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Having on-site parking was a huge plus as well. Although we didn’t get the chance to try the hotel’s restaurant, we heard great things about it and hope to try it next time. Highly recommended!

Excellent location, comfortable rooms with great views. Rooms were made up daily (we didn’t need daily cleaning). The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Especially the gentleman with the glasses who checked us in. I messaged him via WhatsApp asking if we could get a dinner reservation for my family of 11 people and he said “of course, no problem.” They informed us of where we could rent skis (with a discount), gave us bus passes, and told us we could use the wellness spa/pool (a short walk from the hotel) for free.

This was a beautiful hotel and just out of the city, a very short walk in to numerous restraunts and to access the gondolas up the mountains. We did utilize the hot tub which was lovely. The space and location were perfect!

We did not utilize the breakfast or eat at the restraunt, but they do advertise a buy one, get one free happy hours (2 drinks and an appetizer for the price of one drink) which we took advantage of 2 evenings. The food and drinks were great, but the staff seemed very confused about the concept. Both nights we walked back for the happy hour and they tried to turn us away because the restraunt was not open for dinner yet - we had to explain the happy hour offer both nights. You would think they would be welcoming guests for drinks regardless of the offer. This was a very small issue in an otherwise very lovely stay, but we did decide not to go back for a 3rd night because it was always incredibly strange.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Hell. The rooms (we had 2) we spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff was helpful and courteous. We were able to rent bikes from the hotel as well. The water at the reception was a big hit with my family. Our balcony provided a space for my whole family to gather for a drink. Would definitely stay again!

We thought we had reserved 5 bikes but there were only 2. Just a communication/language error, probably on our part but confirm if you do this. We had a little trouble getting communication back when trying to book last winter/spring. We almost didn't stay here but we're glad we did. The spa facilities were deserted. Maybe they are closed in the summer? Don't count on using these.

Our room was fabulous (junior suite). It was so spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The large and spacious terrace was amazing. We loved the view we had. It was really beautiful. The woman at the front desk who greeted us was wonderful. We had a bit of a misunderstanding about the room we selected and she was extremely helpful. She quickly corrected the error and allowed us to switch rooms with no trouble at all. The breakfast was outstanding. There was so much variety. The food was delicious. The location was exceptional. It is right in the heart of Ortisei and incredibly close to so many wonderful sites and hikes. We absolutely loved our stay here.

Fantastic hotel, friendly staff, spacious room with super comfy bed. We didn't originally include breakfast but when we got there and saw the quality of the place, we added breakfast and am so glad we did, it was delicious. The hotel is a very short walk away from the centre pedestrianised area where all the restaurants and shops are, 10 min walk to the escalators and travelator that takes you to the Seceda cable car, and is almost next door to the Mont Suic cable car that takes you to the Alpe di Suisi. Perfect location and so quiet too. I wished we could have stayed another night!

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, wonderful amenities, we especially appreciated having access to the pool next door! And the breakfast buffet was outstanding.

The room was warm and the only covering on the bed was a light weight down comforter in a duvet cover. We had to remove the comforter from the cover and just use the empty cover as a sheet. Putting an actual top sheet on the bed would be appreciated.

Hotel is beautiful. Location is jaw dropping. Breakfast was good! Staff was lovely! Room for a family of 4 was large and price was comparable. My only complaint was how warm it was in the room with no AC and/or no fan. Without air movement it was very hard to sleep until the middle of the night but perhaps this is to be expected for the middle of summer in Ortisei. Other than that it was 10/10!

Stunning rooms and beautiful view. The check in was smooth and easy. Breakfast was AMAZING each and every morning. The location was perfect, a short walk from the center of town and a bunch of activities along the way.

WiFi does not work what so ever in the rooms. We were on the second floor and couldn’t connect with our phones. Not a deal breaker for us but we were traveling for pleasure.

Hotel Hell is a perfect location with ski in and out via a bunny hill that connects to main gondola. Just 2 blocks to center of town. But far enough from town center to be quiet. Room was huge, with view of slopes and town. Very nice spa area, ski locker room, and large lobby. In house restaurant is very good. Staff friendly, helpful....clearly love their job.

Can't think of a flaw.
