The Pra Palmer is in the perfect location - just a few minutes walk from all the shops, restaurants and (free) buses, but just far enough that you feel your place is quiet, peaceful and special. The room was beautiful, spacious and modern, with a superb view of the meadow. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied and the staff were very attentive and helpful. Finally, a special word to Alexander (the owner who is often at the front desk) who was extremely knowledgeable of the hiking routes in the area and very approachable - we did some very beautiful, memorable hikes thanks to him. It makes all the difference in places like this!

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pra Palma Hotel in Ortisei. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was immaculate and beautifully appointed, with stunning views that made us pause in awe each morning. The hospitality was warm, thoughtful, and genuine – we truly felt cared for. Breakfast was a highlight of each day: a lovely presentation of fresh, local products, with unique touches that made it feel truly special. Every detail showed pride and attention, and we looked forward to it each morning. The location is fantastic – close to everything we wanted to explore in Ortisei and the Dolomites. We also appreciated the practical conveniences: after checking out, we were still able to store our luggage safely in the ski room. There was also a restroom on the lower level, which made it easy for us to freshen up before continuing our journey. These small touches made a big difference. Pra Palma is more than just a hotel – it felt like a warm and thoughtful retreat. If we ever return to Ortisei (and we hope we do), we wouldn’t think twice about staying here again. We wouldn’t do it any other way. Thank you to the team at Pra Palma for making our stay so special.

It's an absolutely amazing B&B. It was one of the best places we have ever stayed at. From the owner, Alexander giving a warm welcome and then providing great sightseeing and hiking tips to the rest of the staff always being attentive. The breakfast was exceptional with homemade items and locally sourced items. Sandy was very attentive every day during breakfast and gave good positive energy with smiles. We cannot wait to come back. This place was close to the main square and made Ortesei extra special.

The Pra Palmer the Green B&B is an excellent hotel (we returned here for the 3rd time). Its location is perfect: close to the center but in a peaceful place, and provides parking places. The breakfast was hearty with a great variety of local products. The room was convenient and quiet with a nice view of the mountains. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel provides free public transport passes for the duration of your stay, which is very useful for discovering Val Gardena.

Ski in-out. Breakfast was great. Facilities are new. Very clean. Staff is helpful and service oriented.

I liked everything except the room was slightly hot for sleeping, with no climate controls available.

It was a huge studio for two people with an amazing view. Everyone was really welcoming and felt like a home to us. I would highly recommend Pra Palmer to those visiting ortisei and the location was perfect as we could walk to the cable car and the city centre was 5 minutes away. I would definitely come back here and it was a perfect 5 nights for us. The breakfast was also already included when we booked it and it was really yummy.

Everything was really good!

Very modern and new feeling with lots of windows and natural light. Traditional-styled Alpine building - we had wooden balcony with flowers. Very clean throughout and exceptionally well maintained with plenty of space. Large comfortable beds and modern bathroom facilities. Lifts to each floor, accessible entrance, and we parked our car at the property for free. All the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful, addressing any questions we had in English. There’s a display of tourist information in the reception area including maps and places to visit. We received tickets for free public transport during our stay and used these to explore the valley and enjoy food and drink without worrying about driving. Finally, must mention the breakfasts, they were a wonderful experience. The choice and quality of produce was exceptional.

Our stay at Pra Palmer was the highlight of our trip. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The location is perfect, with close proximity to downtown and the mountains. We couldn’t speak more highly of the staff. They are kind, friendly, and all around wonderful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the views from the balcony were a plus. We highly recommend staying at Pra Palmer if you plan to visit the area. We hope to return soon!

Mattresses were a little firm at first, but we got used to it quickly. Otherwise, there is nothing to complain about. Pra Palmer is fantastic.

Super modern, clean and high quality finish, above that of a star hotel. Staff were all lovely and made you feel really welcome. Views and location were perfect! Delicious breakfast

No aircon in rooms, in summer after a long hike when all you want is a cool room...the rooms were hot until it got to around 9/10pm at night (and had to have balcony door wide open)

The rooms are simple and clean. It is an easy walk to the town center and yet far enough away that it is quiet in the evenings for sleep. The staff was very helpful in helping us locate activities in the area. However, the most impressive to us was the incredible breakfast that was offered every morning. It was such a big and thoughtful spread with wonderful presentation. The staff even goes above and beyond and offers to make eggs or coffee drinks to your preference.
