Ski in-out. Breakfast was great. Facilities are new. Very clean. Staff is helpful and service oriented.

I liked everything except the room was slightly hot for sleeping, with no climate controls available.

Very modern and new feeling with lots of windows and natural light. Traditional-styled Alpine building - we had wooden balcony with flowers. Very clean throughout and exceptionally well maintained with plenty of space. Large comfortable beds and modern bathroom facilities. Lifts to each floor, accessible entrance, and we parked our car at the property for free. All the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful, addressing any questions we had in English. There’s a display of tourist information in the reception area including maps and places to visit. We received tickets for free public transport during our stay and used these to explore the valley and enjoy food and drink without worrying about driving. Finally, must mention the breakfasts, they were a wonderful experience. The choice and quality of produce was exceptional.

Nothing to dislike. Highly recommend this property. We would not hesitate to return.

Our stay at Pra Palmer was the highlight of our trip. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The location is perfect, with close proximity to downtown and the mountains. We couldn’t speak more highly of the staff. They are kind, friendly, and all around wonderful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the views from the balcony were a plus. We highly recommend staying at Pra Palmer if you plan to visit the area. We hope to return soon!

Mattresses were a little firm at first, but we got used to it quickly. Otherwise, there is nothing to complain about. Pra Palmer is fantastic.

The rooms are simple and clean. It is an easy walk to the town center and yet far enough away that it is quiet in the evenings for sleep. The staff was very helpful in helping us locate activities in the area. However, the most impressive to us was the incredible breakfast that was offered every morning. It was such a big and thoughtful spread with wonderful presentation. The staff even goes above and beyond and offers to make eggs or coffee drinks to your preference.

We had a wonderful stay at Pra Palmer. It is in the perfect location for lots of beautiful walks/hikes and only a 5 minute walk into the town centre meaning it is great if you don't have a car. The hotel itself was beautifully kept and there was a lot of choice at breakfast. Our room was spacious and we particularly liked that there was a small living area with sofa and table. The view from the balcony looking out onto the mountains was a bonus! The staff were fantastic, in particular Alexander was very helpful in giving us information each morning on which walks to try or how to extend/shorten certain routes. I would not hesitate to go back! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We loved staying at Pra Palmer for our summer hiking holiday. The property was beautifully renovated with stunning, wooden panelled, exceptionally clean rooms, fantastic shared facilities including a well equipped gym we used for stretching after our daily hikes. The staff were wonderful, super helpful providing advice for our hiking routes and delightful for the plentiful and high quality morning breakfast. The location is just perfect, close to all gondolas/lifts for hiking and also restaurants in town. Absolutely would recommend to friends and looking forward to going back for either a winter or summer stay!

Alexander and his team at the Pra Palmer have built a wonderful and welcoming place to stay while visiting Val Gardena / Ortesei. The breakfast was an exceptional start to the day, the gear room is convenient, and the rooms are perfectly appointed. Already planning our return trip

So clean, beautiful location with the sound on the river running by when you sleep, easy walk into town, and lastly the staff was so incredibly nice and provided the best hotel breakfasts I have had. My partner and I hope to return in the future!

In the summer time it was quite warm inside the room but it cooled down with opening the windows.

The property looks brand new and is perfectly located at 5 minutes walk from the city center. It's a beautifully designed hotel that is always spotlessly clean. The room was bigger than expected and very quiet, overlooking the mountains. The staff is amazing and very helpful all the time. The breakfast was 5 stars: All products are of top quality... fresh fruits, recently baked breads, jams, honey, cereals... etc etc. One of the best breakfasts I've had in a hotel.

Absolutely delightful! The view out the back door is astounding. The rooms are so clean. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Having separate comforters is a luxury I never knew I needed. Ha. The staff is so sweet and kind. Sarah, Sandy, and Petra are lovely people. The breakfast is better than some 5 star hotels. Extremely well-crafted spread. Just perfect. I would give 11 out of 10 if I could.

The one inconvenient thing was the bathroom light that comes through into the living room at night. We were able to fix this by taking a lamp and putting it in the bathroom to keep from waking the other person!
