Nice accommodation overall, clean & quiet room that smelled of wood, helpful staff and an amazing breakfast with plenty of options to choose from (quite useful if planning a trek, we could even skip lunch due to the generous breakfast :) ).

The bed in our room was quite squeaky, one of us had to sleep on the sofa otherwise we couldn't fall asleep. The lights in the room were quite weird, sometimes they just stopped working (for example when going to the bathroom at night most of the times I couldn't turn the lights on .. sometimes they worked though). Also, the hotel's Booking account got hacked and after sending a few e-mails informing them of the problem and asking if our reservation was still valid, I didn't receive any reply - had to call a phone number that I found on another website since their official phone number didn't seem to work.

We spent a week at Hotel Uridl in Santa Cristina, and it was nothing short of magical. Everything was perfect — the room was spacious, spotless, and wonderfully quiet, with an extremely comfortable mattress that made every night restful. The breakfast was absolutely exceptional — delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. A special thank you to the hotel staff: kind, attentive, and truly some of the best we’ve ever encountered. One week wasn’t enough. We’re already dreaming of coming back.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for Valentine’s Day, and our experience was absolutely exceptional. We originally booked with breakfast included, but after arriving, we decided to stay for dinner—and it was a fantastic decision! The dinner was exquisite, with every detail carefully curated to create a memorable dining experience. The next morning, we used the hotel’s shuttle service to the ski slopes, which was perfectly organized and right on time. The rooms were spotless and incredibly comfortable, making our stay even more relaxing. We were also impressed by the hotel’s historic and elegant style, which added a touch of timeless charm to the entire experience. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for top-notch service, comfort, and sophistication. We’ll definitely be back!

I stayed in this hotel with my mom and a friend for four days. We had a very nice-sized room with a big balcony with an amazing view. The room was spotless and was cleaned every day. The breakfast was very good with a good selection. The ladies serving breakfast are very hard-working and friendly. The receptionist is an amazing lady as well.

I wish the room had some tissue paper and a water kettle. We had dinner the first night at the hotel restaurant but it was not great and was expensive for what it was. I do not recommend having dinner there as there are better choices outside.

Beautiful property with amazing views. The room above the entrance was like a mini apartment for our group of three, plenty of space and storage. The decor is upscale and elegant, yet homey, a real treat. Staff was very welcoming during our entire stay. And the European breakfast buffet was a wonderful, relaxing way to start our days.

Would prefer two softer, smaller pillows per person. The current stiff, overstuffed, European square pillows took over the bed.

Every morning, they served a delightful breakfast and gave us fantastic tips on where to explore next. Their genuine friendliness made us feel like part of their family. The location was ideal for hiking, with trails just a stone’s throw away. The fresh, crisp mountain air was a refreshing escape from the intense heat we had been experiencing elsewhere. We loved it so much that we could have happily stayed forever. Thank you so much for giving us a slice of paradise and showing us the true beauty of Italy. Your exceptional hospitality and the joy you brought into our lives each day have left us wanting to come back. This was truly an unforgettable experience—beyond incredible!

We have visited quite a few hotels, and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed at. All the staff were warm, happy and accommodating. The hotel is incredibly tastefully decorated with warmth and character, which makes it lively and homely. The view of the mountains and the waterfall makes you never want to check out. If we return to the Dolomites, we know for sure where we will stay.

the location was perfect! Breakfast and dinner was perfect! The staff was very friendly and the room was great.

You have to pay 20 euro extra per night for a dog (they told us after we booked). That is a lot (never payed so much ever). The dog is not allowed in the breakfast room, so we needed to eat outside (or in the bar), luckily the weather was great so that was no problem for us.

The hotel was excellent. The room was fresh, spacious, and well appointed. All of the staff were delightful and were very patient with the lack of Italian we spoke. The dining was fantastic, both breakfast and dinner. The hotel sits on the edge of the town but was within a 20 minute walk of all of the dining options.

The only thing that could've improved our experience was a fan in the room to help with the temperature at night. But, we didn't ask for one so I can't fault the hotel at all.

Karin was the nicest, so welcoming and helpful with everything we needed, especially with our baby! All the staff were lovely, and the place was absolutely beautiful. Dinner and breakfast were great, delicious and plentiful. The garden is stunning with a beautiful view of the mountain. The room was clean, a big bathroom with a tub and they gave us a kettle to heat up water for our baby's formula.

The only thing was that there is no air conditioner, like most places in the dolomites, and the room was very hot even with the window open, there was no air. We asked for a fan but they didn't have one, I would definitely bring one with me if you're traveling in the summer.
