We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for Valentine’s Day, and our experience was absolutely exceptional. We originally booked with breakfast included, but after arriving, we decided to stay for dinner—and it was a fantastic decision! The dinner was exquisite, with every detail carefully curated to create a memorable dining experience. The next morning, we used the hotel’s shuttle service to the ski slopes, which was perfectly organized and right on time. The rooms were spotless and incredibly comfortable, making our stay even more relaxing. We were also impressed by the hotel’s historic and elegant style, which added a touch of timeless charm to the entire experience. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for top-notch service, comfort, and sophistication. We’ll definitely be back!

I stayed in this hotel with my mom and a friend for four days. We had a very nice-sized room with a big balcony with an amazing view. The room was spotless and was cleaned every day. The breakfast was very good with a good selection. The ladies serving breakfast are very hard-working and friendly. The receptionist is an amazing lady as well.

I wish the room had some tissue paper and a water kettle. We had dinner the first night at the hotel restaurant but it was not great and was expensive for what it was. I do not recommend having dinner there as there are better choices outside.

Incredible hotel in the mountains! From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a cozy, homely Italian warmth that made us feel instantly at home. Our room had an unbeatable view of the majestic main mountain and a stunning waterfall—waking up to such beauty each day was like a dream come true! The staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. Every morning, they served a delightful breakfast and gave us fantastic tips on where to explore next. Their genuine friendliness made us feel like part of their family. The location was ideal for hiking, with trails just a stone’s throw away. The fresh, crisp mountain air was a refreshing escape from the intense heat we had been experiencing elsewhere. We loved it so much that we could have happily stayed forever. Thank you so much for giving us a slice of paradise and showing us the true beauty of Italy. the location was perfect! Breakfast and dinner was perfect! The staff was very friendly and the room was great.

You have to pay 20 euro extra per night for a dog (they told us after we booked). That is a lot (never payed so much ever). The dog is not allowed in the breakfast room, so we needed to eat outside (or in the bar), luckily the weather was great so that was no problem for us.

Karin was the nicest, so welcoming and helpful with everything we needed, especially with our baby! All the staff were lovely, and the place was absolutely beautiful. Dinner and breakfast were great, delicious and plentiful. The garden is stunning with a beautiful view of the mountain. The room was clean, a big bathroom with a tub and they gave us a kettle to heat up water for our baby's formula.

The only thing was that there is no air conditioner, like most places in the dolomites, and the room was very hot even with the window open, there was no air. We asked for a fan but they didn't have one, I would definitely bring one with me if you're traveling in the summer.

The hotel was excellent. The room was fresh, spacious, and well appointed. All of the staff were delightful and were very patient with the lack of Italian we spoke. The dining was fantastic, both breakfast and dinner. The hotel sits on the edge of the town but was within a 20 minute walk of all of the dining options.

The only thing that could've improved our experience was a fan in the room to help with the temperature at night. But, we didn't ask for one so I can't fault the hotel at all.

The friendliest and most accommodating staff ever - especially Rodicca and Sidonia who made our day during breakfast. The location was excellent and very close to Sanslong gondola. The view from the room was spectacular. The breakfast was delicious and everyone was very helpful.

Everything was perfect

The staff were all helpful and welcoming. The hotel is small and traditional. My room was recently renovated and the view from my window was spectacular. Being a solo traveler I felt very welcome and enjoyed visiting with the other guests. Both the breakfast and dinner meals were delicious.

Lovely little hotel nestled in Santa Cristina with a great view of the mountains, and with a beautiful garden that our toddler really enjoyed. Excellent breakfast, friendly people, all-around a great holiday for us in the Dolomites. Santa Cristina is great as a base to explore the area, especially with a child.

Wonderful stay overall, we enjoyed every minute of it. The breakfast was wonderful, our dinner in the hotel exceeded our expectations, the sauna and spa area was great, and the location was perfect! We’d love to come back
