In addition to the simple breakfast buffet, the hotel hostess personally greets guests in the dining hall and asks what drinks they would like (coffee, tea), how they prefer their eggs (scrambled, sunny-side up, or boiled), and whether they would like a ham and cheese platter. The next morning, she will also try to remember what you ordered the previous day, offering a very thoughtful service.

Apartment location is just perfect. Across the bus station (10 meters walk). View was great even facing to the mountain (maybe even better than the city view). Breakfast was top notch. Staff, the owner, very pleasant and sweet lady, very helpful. Parking just in front. heated ski equipment basement. City, shopping and grocery is 10 min walk. We will try to get back there. I highly recommend the apartment.

Just that was short vacation )). Very, very, very, expensive resort restaurants (i.e. Wiener schnitzel with fries 23.5 Euro !!!!??? - burger 18.5 Euro!!!??. prices are crazzzy.

Room and facilities were great, well maintained and we really loved the communal balcony we had with our kids room. View from the room was also great. Breakfast was tasty and sufficient. Wonderful Flavia is also supplying sandwiches (for payment of course) which is a great economical and practical solution for the wonderful outdoor trips this area has to offer

Although breakfast was tasty and sufficient, refill of finished products took time. WIFI wasn't stable in the room

We had such a warm welcome to La Ciano, the hosts were very friendly throughout our stay. The room was well appointed and spacious. What stood out the most was how clean the room was - very impressed. A view of Mount Sassongher from the balcony topped it all off. Breakfast was always enjoyable too! The town centre was less than a 10 minute walk away which we found very convenient for restaurants, shops and bike hire. The location of La Ciano was safe and quiet. I recommend staying here for easy access to sights like the Cinque Torri, the Pralongia plateau, the Gardena pass, various via ferrata, everything that Alta Badia has to offer!

Nothing to dislike 🤘 It’s amazing place with even more friendly owners who lives in and do everything to make visitors satisfied. Extremely friendly couple, friendly, who smiles non-stop😜 Ski-bus 20 sec. From door. 5 min to the slope with a ski-bus. Quite area with pleasant walks around.

Everything was perfect!! The staff are very friendly and helpful. I'm lactose intolerant and they served coffee with plant milk, which is amazing. I highly recommend this place! :)

They didn't have any vegetables at breakfast, but that's okay because you can buy your own and bring them in ;)

We had a great time in the accommodation. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and in a great location. The host was smiling and kind, and every morning she kindly welcomed us for breakfast, which was great. If you are planning to go skiing in Alta Badia, I highly recommend this accommodation for a great price, and we will be back next year for sure :)

We stayed at La Ciano for a week and it was absolutely perfect. The family pension was excellent, very clean and tidy, enough space for parking. The owner takes a very good care of the place. Breakfasts were varied. There is a lots of possibilities for different kinds of activities. We found owners very kind, friendly and helpful. We spent happy relaxing holiday there.

It was hard to get the temperature right at night. I needed a blanket but the comforter was too much. Maybe offer something less heavy than the comforter

Comfortable and spacious single-bed room with tastefully renovated bathroom and huge balcony - from both one can see the whole mountain range, amazing view for sure. Perfect mattress for more delicate backs and necks. Very clean. Good breakfast with yoghurt, müsli, fruits, bread&co, cakes; more is served by the very friendly owner on demand. For me, nothing was missing!

Wi-fi was a bit slow for a big zoom meeting at some moments - not really relevant since most will vacation at this place.
