It was amazing hotel had nice pool and hot tub with beautiful views. Breakfast was incredible. Dinner was superb. Nice and very professional staff. Hotel manager was amazing gave us lot of information and helpful tips and recommendations. Room was very clean and comfortable. Location was perfect- walking distance to the town center. I recently had the pleasure of staying one night at a remarkable hotel in Castelgrotto and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment i arrived, I was warmly greeted. I requested an early morning taxi pick up for the following day and they made me tasty lunchbox to go because I would miss out on their breakfast. The dinner I had was outstanding. The service was impeccable. The spa was so relaxing. I highly recommend staying here. You will love it.

It was clean, big, comfortable & cozy. I liked the pinewood finish which was in theme with the log cabin-like feel high up in the mountains. A huge reason were the lovely, warm people who ran the hotel - a special shout out to Kadja the manager. She is a gem of a lady that really made the stay even better by her warm, humorous, kind, helpful - I could go on and on - personality. a big, big thank you to you Kadja for making our stay so special ! ❤️❤️❤️

The friendly smiles, clean and well maintained facilities, and the complementary hiking guide on Mon/Wed/Fri are the reasons that will keep drawing visitors to stay at this boutique hotel.

The location was excellent, the hotel was beautiful and the grounds were well kept. Views of the spectacular Dolomites !! The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The amenities on site; pool, saunas, hit tub, small excessive room , sitting area in the downstairs spa...comfortable beds, really nice bathroom..

Only one suggestion; the hot tub temperature was far too cool... we didn’t go in and a few of the guests we spoke to felt the same way...

The property is beautiful and well maintained. Very clean and the pool and saunas were wonderful. We had a room with a balcony and view of the Dolomites!

This is an outstanding property. The staff is first rate. The entire experience was perfect, right down to the alpine dirndls the staff wore. The Pool, Spa and Food were high points!

We did not take advantage of the Dinner Menu. I am sure it was great but we preferred lighter fare, less formal.

They had large and varied range of choices and all where delicious! Location was wonderful- short walking distance to everything! Couldn’t have been happier with everything!

Wonderful reception hour in the evening. All the employees were friendly and went above an beyond. Fantastic food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Easy parking right at the hotel.

It’s a beautiful hotel. The staff is excellent. The manager is outstanding and a great host.
