We really liked the view. The room si also very spatious and clean.

We don't necessarily have bad things to say, because the overall everything was fine, but I will mention two aspects. We were informed quite late after booking that we would not have breakfast, although it was initially included in the cost. We were still offered to cancel and get a full refund, but it was a bit late for us to do that. One day the cleaning lady rushed us out of the room because she had to leave at 10. It didn't bother us, but it was a little strange. Also regarding the cleaning, the towels weren't changed the whole stay. As i said, overall it was a beautiful location and we really liked it, we recommend it!

The owner, Mirjam, was excellent with communication. We arrived past 10 pm and she had made necessary arrangements for us to access the property. She also offered a complimentary upgrade to a larger room. The views from the balcony were amazing. The property was clean and set in an ideal location. The breakfast had a good variety, and there was also a little dog on the property. Overall, I loved the stay and would love to come back when I visit the Dolomites again.

Everything was perfect. Very clean and modern apartment. Sauna in the room was a great bonus after a day of skiing. Breakfast was even better than we expected - good quality food and great choice. Scrambled eggs and home made fresh fruit were possible every morning. The hostess was very helpful with our every question. The location was also a pleasant surprise.... the ski resort (Ortisei town) was about 15 minutes away. We hope to return again soon.

Great stay with an amazing view The apartment was fully equipped and very comfortable. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning! The host was very friendly and welcoming. The location, however, was a bit challenging to reach — a steep uphill drive that’s not the easiest, especially at night. Overall, it was a great experience and excellent value for money.

The accommodation is located on the mountain. The view from the accommodation is beautiful and quiet. You can drive to Ortisei about 10 kilometers, but the road will be a mountain road. The owner and staff are lovely. The room is comfortable. There is a washing machine but you have to pay 20 euros per washing machine.

Very nice room, kompletely new. You could feel very high quality of each material used in the room. The place was calm, no noise. You felt like in the paradise. I would recommend this as a retreat and nice escape from every day stress :) + comfortable bed + nice view + good breakfast + good communication with the owner - Maria was very friendly and helpful

Do you know the feeling when after the long day of hiking or sightseeing you are too tired to even remember the place you’ve booked and just drive to shower and fall onto the bed? Well, this room made me forget all the tiredness as I was rushing through it from the balcony to the bed and bathroom taking pictures and smiling like a child because I couldn’t believe our luck. Not only it is brand new and enormous, it also has one of the most picturesque views. The room is cosy, warm and spotlessly clean. Special attention to the wooden elements over the place: modern and naturally elegant. We have never thought the floors can be this alluring! No noise, strong wifi connection and hot shower. The breakfast was better than a restaurant could offer: homemade wholegrain buns and bread, some lush spread with a herby touch, smoked salmon and avocado to name a few. It is a truly wonderful family run property. We had a big itinerary in the trip, otherwise, we’d extended the stay. Also, the owner’s dog, Lotti, is super cute.

Truly the best place we stay in a north Italy road trip. We we greeted by a nice couple who O believe are the owners. We were given an upgraded room with magnifisant views. Everything was spotless clean. Breakfast was delicious with so many options. A place that will look forward to come back and spend more days.

We had such a great time. Host family is lovely, just very nice people. The apartment is of high quality, sauna was nice. Very relaxing and calm atmosphere.
