The location is pretty good since it's really close to the highway, and just 30 minutes away from Bolzano. Chiusa is a nice town as well and we were able to also rent e-bikes (delivered at the hotel) and travel a lot with them through nearby towns or up the mountain. The staff was amazing, extremely friendly and helpful, we arrived late the first evening and managed to save us some food for us to have, even though they didn't have to. Every other interaction with them was great, they gave us tips where to go hiking, tips on the wine (they have a good selection of their own wine, of which we took home over 12 bottles) etc. We enjoyed some coffee and cocktails too, the reception area is pretty cool, the ceiling is amazing. Also, breakfast was very good, don't expect a large selection of everything, but I think they had enough and it was very good, they even had a member of the staff making fresh scrambled eggs/omelettes. Dinner (half-board) was also really good, the starter was really good and it was at the buffet, their menu changed daily and we actually enjoyed it a lot. The rooms were very roomy and ours also had a large balcony. Finally, they also have an EV Charging station, they give you a card for your stay, you charge whenever needed and at checkout you'll pay what you consumed.

If I really have to find something to say, it'd be the lack of a bidet in the room, but to be honest, everything else was pretty good that it didn't matter.

Delicious food, beautiful hotel, and excellent staff. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating.

The bedrooms don’t have AC. Sleeping was very difficult. We opened windows, but then bugs flew in and we woke up with mosquito bites. If they had screens on the windows or more fans available, that would help out a lot.

Easy to find (lit up at night) with ample parking (including EV charger, and hotel staff let me use the EV charger card). Clean facilities and very extensive breakfast that I enjoyed. Superb staff. I had a single room - not huge but very adequate for a solo traveler, with a nice shower and balcony. I made use of the sauna and spa at night, which was so nice after skiing. Would stay again!

Street noise (in August)

Beautifuly designed hotel with perfect outside area, including great natural pool and spacious sitting / dinning place. Very good breakfast and surprisingly delicious dinners and local wines at the hotel's restaurant. Junior suite worked well for 2 kids, plus the parking and elevator - all made our stay very comfortable.

No cofee machine and minibar in the room. The open bathroom does not allow complete privacy.

The hotel is very close to traffic from the highway and city road, which they have combat in the best possible way with protective walls and water fountains. However you can obviously still hear the traffic in the morning and afternoon (not an issue during the night)

Breakfast was opulent and with local fresh supplies. The location despite its closeness to the main roads and train was quiet. we could sleep with open windows (garden view)

Farley new and with nice design. Parking in the basement.Suprisingly good kitchen! Great spa\pool area. Nice outdoor bar.Huge wine room that i did not have time to use,but looked like one could spend some time there!

They were fully booked,so i got a room that i suspect is not usually used for guests. No balcony witch i originaly wanted.Just a sofabed with a closet,no chair to sit in. A bit of cobweb in the corners. Good enough for me,but some will have reacted to that..Bathroom nice tough...
