First of all - great staff. All of our questions before arriving were answered quickly and in a polite way. Second of all we were surprised how big the hotel is. There is the "old" and the "new" building, connected with an underground tunnel. And in general - we were more than happy to have stayed here. The staff is great, the location is good, the food (both breakfast and dinner) was great, parking was without any problems, the room was very good and we even got great tips on where to stays when moving to our next hotel. Definitely recommended.

The hotel was excellent. The room was huge, clean and cozy. It had everything we needed. The hotel provided us with extra towels and a bag for the pool. Communication with the staff was easy and pleasant. The view from the room is unique to the mountains. Dinner and breakfast were simply magnificent. There was a large selection of dishes, fruits, vegetables, salads, desserts and snacks. I highly recommend this hotel, and it is definitely worth staying in if you are in the area.

They granted us our desire as Muslims, and they also made the swimming pool special for us as a Muslim family from eight to ten o’clock. Personnel was great, informative and always there to help us. The room and hotel was spotless clean, spacy and the breakfast had everything. The dinner which we had in the hotel was better than anything we had tried in Ortisei and Selva di Val Gardena. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely visit again.

Its 15 minutes by car from Ortisei and 25 minutes from Selva di Val Gardena, which should be taken into consideration when doing a ski holiday. Other than that, the hotel exceeded our expectations.

This hotel was one of my favorite places I have ever stayed! The location was perfect, close to hiking, but quiet and peaceful. Our room was comfortable, clean, larger than expected, and had an incredible balcony with a mountain view. Those things alone are deserving of the 10 stars, but this hotel truly goes above and beyond. The staff is super friendly, and made us feel at home. The breakfast and dinner were both incredible both days we stayed, and the spa amenities were even better than expected. I looked forward to returning back to this hotel every evening after a long day of hiking, truly everything you could ask for!

The location is good. Staff is warm and friendly. Room is spacious and comfortable. Food is nice.

The only little issue is that there seems to be a house for goats across the road. It was lovely to see those animals coming home from the slopes at the back of the house in the evening, the slight smell of goats in the morning when we opened the door to the porch was not entirely to our expectation as we were more inclined to breathe in trees and plants which were all around us.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful. We had a huge triple room and the decor was simple and clean. Just how I like it! Half of the hotel is a traditional cozy chalet-style hotel with large rooms and woodsy decor. The second building is the Mountain Sky building, which has a more modern aesthetic. The rooftop pool is amazing! The photos don't do it justice. With tons of space for lounging, you could spend your entire day there enjoying all the spa amenities and the view. Breakfast has many options and is perfect before heading out for a day of hiking. We enjoyed one dinner service with the set menu (with salad and dessert buffet) and choices for mains. At $10 for hotel guests, it is a great deal! Laion is a little community high up on the hills. You will need to drive the winding road to the main highway to get to Ortisei, but is well worth it for the views! Thank you for your hospitality!

Absolute gem of a property. Wonderful location and rooms. The breakfast spread was great. Loved that they had a daily menu for dinner serving pretty much gourmet food. So much attention to detail in everything they did. The folks at the property were very warm and welcoming

The hotel and staff were amazing. The hotel was incredibly clean, the beds and bedding very comfortable and the spa/sauna was a huge bonus as well as the pool. Breakfast was excellent. Overall we loved our stay.

Off the beaten track. Not directly in the Dolomites with easy access to hiking, etc. Windy, steep roads make travel more time consuming than we realized.

We had a beautiful stay at the hotel. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and the rooms are beautiful. We stayed in the new building and it was lovely- the infinity pool was a nice touch after a long day of hiking! My family loved the breakfast and dinners- a very wide variety of offerings (and always something for me, a vegetarian).
