The hotel has only 12 suites. Therefore the suites are spacious. There can't be too many guests, so everything is very personal. All staff are trained to be helpful and friendly. The manager, Elisabeth, was always there to ensure professionalism, friendliness, comfort... The hotel is of inspiring beauty. Everything is very well designed. You get the feeling that the house and the guests are well looked after. Comfortable bed spacious room Modern bathroom Nice toiletries Great balcony Well stocked fridge in the room Kettle and nice teas in room. Free spacious parking We had an infrared sauna in the suite which was great! Excellent breakfast with lots of hot (ordered) and cold choices. Option to dine in the hotel restaurant - indoors or outdoors. We dined there twice and were very happy both times.

Wonderful hotel, modern but with class ant local touch. Fantastic staff who cares about you all the time but not too much to feel you uncomfortable. And food is really at the Michelin star level.

Everything about this accommodation is superlative. It is made for the guests to feel amazing and it really exceeds the expectations. They even upgraded our room and it was one of the best suites i have ever stayed in. Luxurious breakfast, nice staff, great views

Staff could be warmer. Not to be misunderstood, they really try to be helpful and attentive with the guests but i think they try too hard not to make mistakes and we felt this. Or maybe we are just not used to this kind of treatment and that's why we felt just a little bit that people could be more natural. However, thank you all for having us!

Ansitz Steinbock is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Food, service, rooms and decor, and location were all absolutely perfect. We were there for our honeymoon and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and in comfort. I would absolutely go back in a heartbeat.

Excellent breakfast - both with standard cold items (cornetti, yogurt, etc) and also with hot items from the kitchen, all gratis. Great with my young kids even if the property was pretty fancy. Dinner was out of this world but reasonably priced for a Michelin starred restaurant. Staff was amazing - they even arraigned to get a local doctor to visit my sick child in the hotel room on a Saturday morning. Incredible service!!

The rooms were fantastic, the only drawback was the A/C only had a vent on once side of our two-room suite. It was sufficient, but would've been better to have a vent on both sides of the suite.

Let's begin with Elizabeth and her staff. Elizabeth was very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable from the moment we arrived. She answered our questions and concerns. She gave recommendations that were perfect. Her staff were attentive as well. The hotel is simple yet elegant. The food? It was divine! From breakfast to gourmet dinner - everything is a 10. What an experience! Worth every penny! Love it!!!

Great newly renovated property, great location and excellent dining experience, both service and quality wise.

My only minor issue is with the hotel staff / concierge availability, lack of clear signage for check in and somewhat misleading statement that the property has a spa (almost all rooms do have one with a few exceptions, like one of the rooms we stayed in) - greater clarity in advertising, and explicit indication of spa is available would be best

The location of Ansitz Steinbock offers a perfect view of the valley (I recommend the suite Kroessbrunn) and is a pretty sight itself.The interior architecture is pefect -- very calm and emphasizing the historic structure of the buildings, while offering smart technological features.

On several occasions it was difficult to get hold of the staff. The menu of its restaurant(s) is rather limited; however the cuisine is polished and creative.

Beautiful property and decor, luxury amenities and rooms. The staff was exceptional and professional service. The wine offerings are extensive. The GM was local and very helpful with information about the history, the region and recommendations for places to visit. This unique luxury hotel has everything right. Breakfast was amazing. The location is central to the area, very historic and quaint and not touristic.

Coming from someone who travels for work and pleasure I have stayed in every type of property and I will say this one really exceeded my expectations. It was fantastic, everything of very high quality from the pillows to the tea and coffee glassware, and everything in between. The staff were all very kind and very professional and always with a smile. The room was gorgeous, extremely cozy but modern and looked brand new. The restaurant has a Michelin star and was amazing. The hotel is full of character and tons of little nooks to sit in. I would highly reccommend this one of a kind property.

Breakfast there was a screaming child the entire time which really ruined the experience. This is of NO fault to the hotel , but just sharing as when you go to a property like this you usually are going to relax and that wasnt possible during breakfast then we needed to check out right after. One other comment would be to better explain some of the pricing for dinner when ordering things that come by the weight ( like steak )
