Location was Perfect! Staff were incredible. Huge thank you to all the waiters and the chef of the restaurant. Nicola from reception was extremely kind, knowledgeable and always with a smile. Overall it’s the staff that makes the hotel so great! The room was stunning and clean. We loved our room and being able to enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony while listening to nature was so amazing! The Free Guest pass was a huge surprise and being able to get the free transportation and so many free excursions and discounts were just a bonus and totally unexpected. Thank you for an incredible holiday that we will cherish and for sure we will be back.

The Spa should never allow children. We had unattended children in the pool and hot tub while the parents enjoyed the steam room. We did not think it was safe for them to be left unattended in the pool. They were about 4 years and 8 years! The spa including the pool area should be exclusively for adults only!

it’s a 5 star hotel and the staff it’s like the best carat Diamond in the planet. Alex from the reception gave us an Outstanding service , Mister Fabricio manager it’s a gentleman , a very welcoming people. i would like to thank you Vito from the reservation center in help me out changing my reservation date because I could not make for the day was booked it. Great team work - Matteo, Vito , Alex and Fabricio , The Spa is wonderful - thanks Linda the dinning and breakfast are amazing it’s breathtaking Hotel.

I loved everything

We had a very pleasant stay! We absolutely loved the location and the terrace. The room, bathroom, and balcony were all spacious and clean — which made us feel very comfortable. The reception staff at check-in and check-out, were kind and breakfast was delicious.

Old hotel, need refresh. Pool was extra pay. Every day we eat breakfest in another place. It was a little not comfortable.

we had another amazing stay at Diamant Park! The beds are comfortable, the location is perfect and you can’t beat the price. All the major sites and things to do were pretty close and in a good location to spend a week here and use this as a home base. great location and good value for Dolomites.

Located in a quiet area, our room was looking to the river side where you could have a nice walk. Breakfast included was ok, with more choice on the sweet side than on the salty. We had also dinner there, good but noting standing out.

Everything was ok, but overall not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. e.g. for dinner I would have expected a salad buffet, while there were only few prefilled dish of veggies. A little bit depressing. The parking space is limited, and in high season can be a problem to find a space.

I liked their there was pool and spa.. I like that there was a restaurant and decent breakfast with eggs and sandwhich food.

I struggled with the heat at night, no airflow even with the windows open from the outside room we were very hot. No air conditioning.
