We had a great stay in this guesthouse but had issues finding anyone to check us in during arrival. We got a message on Whatsapp and responded with our updated arrival time soon after. When we arrived there was no one at the address that Booking.com provided and the door was locked and the contact wasn't responding to our Whatsapp messages or calls. We eventually got lucky when we found the apartment of the owners son who helped us, but it was a really stressful process and we had no guidance. The guesthouse itself has large rooms with great views and plenty of privacy. The breakfast buffet is located a short walk away in the old guesthouse restaurant where you would normally check in. The breakfast options are limited but the restaurant has really nice views. There is a parking deck right next to the guesthouse which was convenient.

Need better communication and instructions for check-in if the host is not there.

We stayed in the hotel for a week and it was truly incredible experience. The hotel is surrounded by a stunning landscape of snowy mountains and conveniently located near a bus stop and grocery stores. The room was very clean and spacious with a breathtaking view but the best part was a great restaurant with delicious traditional dishes with affordable prices and absolutely amazing staff. These extremely nice people make us feel like part of family even though we don't even speak the same language. Definitely recommend this place to stay and eat!!

Spectacular views and sounds of cow bells all around. Large room and bathroom decorated like a log cabin with large window overlooking mountains. Great breakfast and very friendly host called Martha who was very helpful to us. Lovely small tranquil,peaceful town for those who want to relax. Great area for cycling, bike hire available at tourist office beside hotel. We will be back again.

Love the place, everything was perfect! I love the small village vibe, historical building, homemade breakfast, and especially the very nice old lady as our host. Eventhough she only speak german and we don't understand anything she said, she tried her best to make sure our stay was comfortable!

Nice, friendly, smiling hosts. Great location for hiking (beautiful destinations in the close proximity - worth contacting the local tourist office). Stylish wooden rooms, perfect cleanliness and comfort. Excellent view from the balcony!

Walls are a bit thin between the rooms although it did not cause any problems.

Amazing rooms with a stunning view! The lady that owns it is absolutely wonderful lady though we had some troubles communicating (language wise) but we managed just fine! Overall an fantastic place, highly recommend!!

The location is pretty cozy and silent. The owner is very kind.

The rbed sheet is clean, but the floor isn't.

The room is big and new, the view is crazy beautiful , the owners seem to be nice but we couldn't communicate with them since we don't speak german or italian. The town is small and quiet but there are some restaurants open. The grocery store closes at 18:30. Did I say that the view is crazy? :)

The breakfast is basic, the pillows were very soft, the blankets are super warm but 2 singles and not a double one. The shower and sink are inside the room, the toilet is separated but there is a big opening to the bedroom. The check in is in the restaurant and then you go park the car in the new property. It took us 20 minutes to understand that because we arrived late and the restaurant seemed to be closed from outside.

The location was beautiful but kind of hard to get to since we had to use the bus. But if you take 351 from the trainstation it is no problem

The bedroom was great, with a very comfortable bed, and a breathtaking view over the mountain covered with snow. Very special. Breakfast was good. And the cute traditional restaurant is a big bonus! The lady who runs the place is a strong woman, very dedicated, and full of life!
