Incredible mountain views and a truly relaxing stay! Traveling with our two kids (7 & 10), we were thrilled with the spacious, clean, and updated room. The location is ideal: serene and quiet, but close to excellent local food. The spa is a fantastic amenity, featuring a relaxation room, steam room, Finnish sauna, and jacuzzi—pure bliss! Parking was easy, and we found this property to be great value for money. While we visited in cool weather, it appeared to offer even more during the summer (like an outdoor pool). Highly recommend for a comfortable and scenic getaway!

The family was great and helpful, and we felt very welcomed to the Residence. Location is perfect - close to the Lake Fie, bus stop and nice connection of hiking trails. The view from the hotel is amazing. Room was better than expected and quite recently renovated, it was cozy, clean and could find everything you need for a longer visit. 10/10, and will choose this accomodation if visiting Dolomites again!

Everything was great.

The apartment was a great size and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped to cook everything we wanted to. The location is beautiful, with lovely views of the surrounding mountains. It's a perfect location for exploring nearby alpe do suisi. The saunas and hot tubs are a wonderful included amenity. Just perfect.

The only thing keeping this from being a full ten stars is the rather exorbitant pet fee. It was 15 euros per dog per night, so we paid 90 euros for our two small dogs for the three nights, which is almost the cost of staying another night. We pay 30eu a day to board our 2 dogs when we travel, so it is quite expensive to pay that to have them with us, especially since we never left them in the room alone, meaning we had to take turns using the sauna and spa rather than relaxing together. I understand a one-time extra pet fee for a little extra cleaning, but per pet per night is just too much.

We loved our experience, staying at Residence St Konstantin and we would like to come back again! We were one couple and one friend and we stayed in an apartment suite which was clean and comfortable with a basic kitchenette. We enjoyed using the swimming pool, saunas (x2) and steam room and had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the views across the beautiful alpine valley from the basement spa area and from our balcony in the apartment. We had complimentary coffees in the morning but we didn't buy breakfast there. The owners were welcoming, kind and keen for us to make the most of the spa.

Very friendly owners, who will make anything to suit the guests. Excellent breakfast with local products. The apartments are new and very clean, very comfortable to spend cosy evenings in. The location is beautiful, although a bit far away from everything. However it did not bother us at all as we had a car. You can walk down to the nearest pizzeria and bus stop (10 minutes). Very nice SPA area with whirlpool outside.

This is not the property’s fault, but some Italian families in SPA area were loud, rude and totally out of control letting children use the whirpool as a swimming pool for 2 consequent hours and later making noise in the relaxation room.

Exceptional views, nice apartment with balcony, clean and tidy. Lovely surroundings, good parking, use of swimming pool and sauna available; We enjoyed free use of public transport with the guest card . Staff was friendly and eager to help.

The last 500 meters of the access road was very narrow the last part down to single lane.

Immediately upon arriving, we felt welcomed by hosts. They were extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are magnificent, it felt super clean and a good size.

The walls were a bit thin and had trouble sleeping as other groups were loud during the night and in the morning.

The property is very beautiful and much more beautiful than the photos put in Booking.com. Will request the owner to put better photo shots. The actual property is more beautiful than this.

Excellent facilities. I am usually too lazy to write reviews but this stay of mine stands out. Beautiful location and super responsive staff which is not usual in Europe unless you go for 5 star hotels.

No lift to 3rd floor. Difficult to reach at night as there are no streetlights on the road leading to the residence and quite a narrow road as well
