It's the perfect place for a winter ski break. Only 5-minute drive for free parking near the big gondola. The hotel does its best to please the customers. They tailored to our needs as we were three separate groups. The staff was a bit confused and there was a lack of communication regarding ordering the food but I would put it down to the language barrier. once we know each other it worked really well. The small treats with local cakes on return from the whole day skiing were thoughtful.

The breakfast was wonderful with a large assortment of foods and drinks. The restaurant dinners were great and for a great price. And the Wellness center was very clean and offered many amenities. To top everything off most of the staff spoke Italian, German, and English and were very polite, friendly and willing to help with any questions asked.

I wish the wellness center was open for a longer period. It’s currently only available for three and a half hours daily. Also we left the do not disturb sign out twice during our stay and the cleaning services entered and cleaned our room.

Lovely and very helpful staff made our stay very pleasant . Huge thanks to the Manager of the restaurant as we ordered every day different meals for our kids.

All the services were extra charge . Sauna is only open till 7:30 and it’s naked . The play room very small

The room was a great size and the food was really very good indeed. Plus the wellness centre is well equipped and also has views of the mountain. The barman, Felix, was lovely and very friendly.

It was a shame that our room with balcony overlooked what seemed to be the bins, and was near to the road. The outdoor pool, whilst mostly great, also suffers from being near to the road - you can’t see it but you can hear it.

The location of the hotel was great, offering a beautiful view of the mountains and valley from our room. It was also easy to either take the bus or drive to the cable car up to the Compacha (1 mile away). Was also convenient to drive to other nearby towns for sight seeing or hiking the mountains The hotel itself was wonderful… very nice and clean inside and out. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent for breakfast and dinner.

I would like to highlight the comfortable mattresses as well as the excellent food. I recommend taking dinners there for the full experience.

Location in the mountains is perfect. Staff is super nice and attentive.

The room had a very nice view on the mountains. You had a decent size balcony so that you could enjoy the views. We enjoyed the five course diner (very diverse in choice) and the afternoon 'snacks'. Nice walking routes (higher mountain trails) accesible by carride.

Nice place, great food, very good wellness, a quiet area (for families or those, who prefers it), nice views, very good connection to ski areal Seiser Alm - bus stop near the hotel.

Breakfast was tasty and sufficient amount of choices.

It was not easy to find parking place when we arrived on Saturday evening.
