Very cosy and beautiful hotel, with family touch which you can really feel in a lot of details. The food was really good with a la carte dinner choices, each dish was delicious. Staff was very friendly Spa area was nice The view from the room was wonderful Playroom for kids next to the dining area saved our meals.

One receptionist was not very helpful. The hiking kids backpacks were very old and in a very bad condition, it would be better not to count on them.

We loved our 5-day stay at the hotel! The staff was so friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. There is a great choice of 3 various cushions for everyone's liking. Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:00, we recommend a fantastic freshly prepared omelette! The choice of food is ok, however, like almost everywhere in Italy, there is lack of fresh vegetebles except for slices of tomatoes :-(. The spa area comprises of 5 good saunas, two of them with a view to the mountains, and lots of space to rest on comfy beds afterwards. It is not allowed for children, which is really good, as you can rest in silence (only few guests did not respect this). We liked the outdoor pool with heated water and a marvellous mountain view! During the stay at the spa area (opened 2pm-8 pm) you have drinks (hot/cold water, blackcurrant juice, herbal tea and fruit tea) as well as fruit & nuts available. Bathrobes and (good quality) slippers are handed out at the reception for the whole stay. Fitness room is big and good, a number of machines, maybe not the newest ones but working. It would be great to have there paper towels to clean the machines after usage. A big advantage is a very well heated ski room with lots of handles for skiis and boots and benches to sit while changing the shoes. The hotel offers a possibility to keep your car in their own spacious garage for an extra cost of 8 EUR per day - a very good idea especially when it snows! The height of the garage is enough to get there even with a skiing box on a van. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the ski lifts, which - on another hand- saves you 8 EUR for the car park :-). In addition, we got free tickets for public transport for the time of our stay and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel!

A kettle in the room for boiling water/making tea would be really handy. A small minus is lack of possibility to eat a'la carte for dinner. The dinners are huge (several courses) but if someone does not like eating so much in the evening and spending 2 hours at a table, there is no possibility to order just a soup or a salad or anything else. As there are no restaurants in the close vicinity of the hotel, this is slightly troublesome.

A memorable stay for our Europe trip. This hotel was great for it's facilities, the spa was the BEST we had in Europe. We had a rained out day so doing the spa for a night was the best! The staff are great, supplied us with a free bus ticket for getting around the dolomites and also gave us a nice gift when leaving.

We loved our stay here! The hosts were very helpful in planning our hikes and giving recommendations - along with being super friendly. The hotel is in such a beautiful spot with pedestrian only paths to Ortesei and the other neighbouring town each only 20 minutes! They also have a very cute Pomeranian called Chanel. Chanel we miss you very much and will be back to see you soon!

Nice location, easy parking, friendly, helpful front reception staff, clean room, good breakfast.

They tricked us into thinking they had black out curtains which are so nice and helpful for weary, tired travelers who want to sleep in a bit. They were merely an adornment that only covered a third of the window when we removed the tie. My husband and I chuckled at it, thinking maybe they should’ve thought that through a little more. Comfort is in the details! Overall a nice room though.

Great location, facilities and staff. Food was excellent and also catered well for vegetarian and gluten-free diets in our group. We drove and parked by the slopes for skiing but could have got the free shuttle also. Would definitely stay again!

Very good big room. Had a sofa and two armchairs. Nice balcony and a lot of natural light, with the easy option of blocking it. Clean room and nice bathroom. Great spa area. Nice varied breakfast.

A small shower, and the hot swimming pools were not hot enough.

We had an amazing stay here! We stayed in the suite with hot tub which also had a swing on the balcony which was amazing. The room was immaculate and comfy. The breakfast was amazing. All of the staff were lovely & friendly! We will definitely be back again in the future. Thank you!

Room was fairly basic for money paid. Would have preferred also to have tea and coffee facilities in room. Expensive daily car garage rate. Short drive from Cortina.

The pool, spa, and all the facilities exceeded our expectations. The staff was so nice and went out of their way to accommodate us. The food was excellent! Beautiful views.

It was slight, but there was an odd scent in our bathroom. It was still very clean though.
