The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Particular thanks to Carlo for his guided excursions. Issued with a free bus pass which made travelling much easier. We ate in the hotel every night and the food was great. Lovely breakfast too. The pool and spa facilities were clean and easy to access. The area is beautiful.

Breakfast was very good with good selection, every day was same options but plentiful, only complaint is it started at 7:30 which is late for an early day of skiing

Amazing view from the balcony of our room. Great dinner with local dishes. Breakfast was good but not a lot of fruits and variety. Loved the spa area after our hiking.

Really beautiful place to stay. Views were gorgeous, staff very friendly and accommodating. Our breakfasts and dinners were delicious and the lady serving our meals and taking care of us in particular (I wished I'd asked for her name) was absolutely fantastic. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Location. Quality of fixtures and fittings. Quality of breakfast and dinner. Friendliness of staff working in the restaurant, on the reception and cleaning the rooms. Very, very impressive overall

Our room was on the second floor and we did experience some noise transfer mainly from the room and balcony above us and the balconies to either side but there is a lot of wood in the building's structure with wooden floors (carpeted) and wooden fixtures and fittings so this was not surprising and exacerbated probably by our preference for going to sleep at 9.30, instead of 11.00, as with most guests.

First, the Ladin dinner with the music is good. Second, the owner of the hotel introduced to me the famous Saint Joseph Church and drove me to the church for a visit with no charges. And the view of the mountains from the church was excellent.

Good access to skiing and relaxing stay with 2 meals a day included. Spa was also great.

A bit dated though part of the charm.

Very comfortable hotel with pool and SPA. Large car park in the front of hotel, even huge garage. Kind and helpful staff. It’s worth buying dinner - delicious, local cuisine.

The personnel was super nice, the food was good and the spa confortable.

I just would recommend to have the pool climatized as the water was cold.

Friendly, kind personel. Beautiful, peaceful wellness with water beds and heated crystal stones bed in silent room. Large inner pool. Excellent food.

One finnish sauna is not sufficient for as large hotel. The opening time of the wellness center should be extended.
