The personnel is very friendly and helpful all times, also the bufet type breakfast and dinner are great. Hotel is nicely located in the walking distance from both Alba and Canazei. Skibuss station is just accross the street, Ski Room nicely solved. The Restaurant/bar/lobby is very nice and free wifi works well there(do not expect the same in the rooms though). Bar Prices as expected, not high. Beds were comfortable. Free parking in front of the hotel. Looks like a perfect starting point for skiing in Ciampach/Sella. Rooms have alll needed and are not too small.

I guess it depends on the room you get, however there were occasional issues with heating, either not working or working very loudly(weird sounds), minor issues with bath/toilette water leakage, looks like the hotel deserves re-fit soon or at least a diligent serviceman. (but on the otherside that would mean price increase...). I Recommend to close window shutters nightly as there is too much light and noise from the street all night, this can also partially resolve heating issues. To summarize, do not expect the golden taps and gigabit wifi in each room for this price, personnel tries to mitigate issues at their best. Overall me and my family were really happy.

This hotel exudes olde-world charm. Some would say it is dated and needs upgrading but I loved it the way it was. The staff here are the friendliest and most helpful I have ever experienced in all my years travelling. Nothing is too much trouble. This is a main reason why I would return here in a heartbeat. The hotel conveniently offers breakfast and dinner, both of which are ample and varied and delicious. The hotel is in Alba, a 10 minute walk from Canazei and the ski lifts are close by, reached by a very pretty walk you can access behind the hotel. We arrived by bus and the bus stop is just across the road from the hotel. We just loved this place. The friendly atmosphere made it a wonderful stay. And I haven’t even mentioned the stunnnnning scenery!!!

WiFi was a little sketchy in our room. Needed to move into the reception area to access it.

Nice location, and we had wonderful view from our room to the river. With vehicle you can be in the centre in about 10 mins. The staff is very kind and friendly. The room has the basic things and is big. There is breakfast and dinner included and your name is on the table, which is nice. There is free parking in front of the hotel.

The WiFi network couldn't reach our room at all. The food was very basic. We only stayed one night so I don't know if the dinner options are different each day, but we didn't like it very much. It's buffet but not many things to choose from and out of those I only liked 2-3 things (pasta & risotto). The breakfast was a bit better- bread, cheese, sausages, jams, butters, omelette, milk, cereal and fruits. The coffee is from machine - not great. Maybe we were unlucky because most of the reviews are positive about the food or maybe I had higher expectations. The fitness centre is closed during summer.

I really enjoyed my stay at IHR Hotel Villa Emma. The hotel is very clean and cozy, with a warm atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is perfect for exploring Canazei and the beautiful surroundings. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a good variety of options. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of.

Hotel is in a walking distance from a center of Canezei, free parking in front of hotel. We really liked halfboard - tasty and wide variety of meals. Room was clean and well maintained by a room service. Staff was amazing - I'm gratefull they found a lost cap of my son! :-)

There are some negative reviews about a small rooms etc. ... we've spent vast majority of time hiking and spend some time in a lobby, so not a big deal the rooms are small - good enough to stay over the night.

Brilliant location, delicious food, really friendly and helpful staff, so kind with kids and made us feel really at home. Brilliant adventure playground a few minutes walk away from the hotel. Amazing double balcony with views of the mountains.

WiFi was a bit dodgy and slow but tethering from my phone worked well.

The breakfast and the dinner were exceptional, great food, from parmegianno, to grilled fish, gorgonzola tiramisu, everything you wished from an italian restaurant!! The lobby was very nice, also the stuff super friendly.

Location is pefect. Walking distance (50m) to the Bus. 1 min drive to ski lift. The breakfast and the dinner were awsomely good, also vines suggested were perfect. The personnel is very friendly and helpful all times.

Close to bus stops, very nice breakfasts and dinners, great variety of food to choose from, skiroom was nice, plenty of space to park. Overall wonderful location.
