Excellent location !! Very close ti the funivia , which can take you up to the mountain paths , also a few minutes walk to the bus stop where transport is free with the trentino guest card …. Plus you are a minutes walk to the main streets with a variety of shops and restaurants ! Top for us was hearing the running river from our balcony - and only using the car once all week !! Truely fabulous location !

Really loved the location! The town of Canazei is very lively and friendly. Beautiful location to take a stroll! The hotel itself is located a bit further from the town so you won’t be bothered by the travelers and any noise. Very spacious and clean rooms, never had a problem with housekeeping. The front desk personnel are very helpful and extremely considerate! Fantastic property to stay at.

A standard mini-fridge would be a luxury to have in the room. We’ve brought drinks and fruits for our trip and we would place it on the counter as there was no place to put them. Again, it’s a luxury!

Great staff. Everything looks new. A lot is made of wood and this creates a cozy and warm feeling. Excellent sound insulation - with the window closed it is quiet and you cannot hear the stream. Not in the center of the village but within walking distance to important places. Private sauna in room is a great addition to the cold season!

No minibar in room:( Lack of variety in breakfast. I would recommend changing every few days

1) Nice staff - there were no problems with check-in or staying there 2) Good location - right in the village center, about 5 minutes walk to bus stops 3) Clean and comfortable room with well-equipped bathroom 4) Very good and various breakfast 5) A really great view from a balcony to mountains 6) Change of towels happened every day

1) It would be very good to have at least a small bar fringe in the room. And also a table in the balcony 2) There is a very loud water stream right near the hotel, so it can be noisy to sleep with opened windows 3) The room wasn't big - but it had a balcony (it was a great plus), which, however, wasn't clean at all.

Was clean, loved the wood feel to it, the staff were super friendly. Absolutely loved the breakfast. Too bad we didn’t know was out of season so was no were to eat around

If you out of season be prepared with food as they have lots of restaurant but they are all closed. Nothing I didn’t like about the hotel 😌

Spacious room with a nice balcony, huge bathroom, maybe even bigger than the room. Staff was always nice and helpful! Within walking distance of bus stop, supermarket and restaurants. And if you enjoy hiking, there's a few around the back of the chalet! The breakfast was also totally worth it!

Great location to get everywhere we wanted to go in the Dolomites. Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. All for a very reasonable price.

The rooms are not very soundproof, so we could hear almost everyone coming and going in the halls and stairwells. The shower could use some updating.

The place was an strategic location as it is in the middle of the main attractions. The breakfast was 7 euros and it included a lot of things, definitely worth it! The beds were comfortable and the balconies had great view to the mountains.

The room smelled a little bit like humidity, but we just needed to open the windows and it was good.

The separation of the room into 2 floors gave some privacy. Parking space was available, and the restaurant/bar of the hotel was open late and gave us good options for a late-night drink and food.

No vegan option during breakfast at all. not even non diary milk for coffee

Excellent, though me being an architect, I would have designed the area differently so the buffet area was larger pushed more where the kitchen is and the kitchen. Where the buffer nook is. Layout could have been designed better for easier flow. Excellent helpful staff. Wonderful location and great vibe.
