We had a great experience at the suites! The suite itself is very modern and stylish. The sauna and bathtub in the room were comfortable and enjoyable. Room service was excellent, and the option to order breakfast to the room really enhances the experience. Overall, it felt intimate and private.

The cleanliness around the pool could be better, and it would be nice to have the pool heated, as it was quite cold and not enjoyable in cooler weather. Additionally, as mentioned in other reviews, there is no separation between the new, modern suites and the older hotel section. The reception, check-in, additional spa, and dining area are all located in the older section, which affects the service style. This is not reflected on Booking nor in the price.

We were warmly welcomed to our suite! It was really nice and quiet in the surrounding areas. We had two really nice balcony areas and the sauna in the room was a huge plus! You can order breakfast to your room which was amazing and greatly appreciated. The pool area was also nice and the location in Siusi itself was brilliant to get to the alpine meadows with a short cable car ride. Parking on the property was good but definitely fills up quickly in late afternoon evening but still always found a spot. We loved our stay - thank you :)

The room was a little dark with all the curtains drawn but they needed to be to keep the room cool with the summer sun!

The suites are well designed for comfort and efficient use. The pool was open and provided for a great brisk swim! The food was delicious! The staff were friendly and helpful.

Spacious room with cool amenities like a private sauna, hammock, balcony and bedroom with a floor to ceiling window. The pool and surrounding garden are also lovely. The hotel had a luxurious feel without being too posh. Breakfast was fabulous and the staff was very friendly.

The balcony, while lovely, didn't provide much of a view.

My family enjoyed our stay here. The in-room private sauna is really a game changer after a whole day of hike. The hotel staff was super friendly and their breakfast and dinner were amazing (the menu changes everyday)! We had such an amazing stay and we will definitely come back the next time we are in the area.

This is an absolutely amazing property in the Alpi di Siusi run by the Thomaseth Family with exceptional dedication, customer service and attention to detail. We visited on my birthday weekend and they even prepared a small greeting card and gift for me on the morning of the birthday at breakfast and all wished me Happy Birthday, which was exceptional, honest and very well received. They were incredibly accommodating to our pet cat, questions on how to best see the area, tips on where to eat. Amazing facilities and value over money everywhere throughout the property. Super nice views of the pastoral landscape from the Green Suites. Sauna in each room. Outdoor bathtub room - amazing experience to have a bath at the foot of the alps smelling fresh air. Superb breakfast, not one thing missing. Eggs, as you like, upon requested, executed perfectly at no extra charge. Coffee each morning, again, made upon request - warm and fresh

The room compartmentalization is a bit odd and the paint throughout is a bit too dark. Would've been nice to have some white painted walls that could reflect the abundance of light coming in from all the windows

The Sud Tyrol Hospitality at its best. Amazing staff and managers who run very comfortable and well organized facilities in a great location (even though it's not located in the ski area exactly, it's near the main lift station at Alpe di Siuisi. which you can reach by car or bus). Beautifully decorated, spacious room (we stayed in a Green Suite), good food, fabulous service in a familiar - and very professional - unit that more than accommodation, is a whole experience. Many thanks to the Thomaseth Family, we had a great time.

I guess it wouldn't hurt to have a few more non-dairy and gluten-free options, and a little more fruit diversity for breakfast, to find a way to match the expecations of people who have food intolerances.

Very nice located, wonderful views, very nice suites and very friendly hosts. It‘s a perfect location for trips nearby or for a relaxing afternoon at the pool.

More vegetarian options at breakfast would be great.

They would have liked us to contact them for dinner reservations, but did not use my contact information to let me know that. In the end they were very accommodating.

The Green suite we booked was very nicely laid out, private and roomy. I loved the outdoor spaces and all the windows. We did use the sauna and outdoor bathtub and the lounging hammock. It was luxurious. The hotel amenities were nice as well. We enjoyed their outdoor patio for drinks and the food in the restaurant was very delicious and so convenient.
