We stayed at this hotel during our 8-day transalpine mountain bike tour. This hotel was easily one of the best we stayed at. We could safely park our bikes overnight in the ski room. Campitello's town centre is less than a 5-minute stroll. The rooms are very tastefully decorated, quiet, with an ample balcony, lovely bathroom, and wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. The wellness area offers two jacuzzis and various saunas. Breakfast was also the best we had during our trip, with a vast variety of food available and free water bottles on each table.

This is a gorgeous hotel, the spa/sauna area is excellent, both hot tubs are great, outdoor saunas not running on our visit. Lounge is really comfortable & breakfast service & selection top class. The staff are amazing and super efficient. As other reviews have said, parking is tight, but most important and some valuable advice, if arriving from Canazei direction? do a u-turn at the bus station 100m past hotel! The entrance is on a dangerous bend, has an impossible switchback and 2 very steep climbs. However BOOK THIS HOTEL!

The crew was both very friendly and extremely helpful. It really feels as they're going out of their way for us. The room was wonderful(!!) in every possible way: very clean, spacious and practical, providing us more than the space we required while giving us the cozy feeling we wanted. Whomever designed this hotel is a genius!! Excellent!! 10/10 Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of fruit, eggs, sausages, bread and deserts. Afterwards there were all sorts of snacks complementary, served right next to the front desk. At the end of the day we enjoyed our calm and relaxing time in the hot-tub, a dry (myself) and wet sauna (for my wife) with quiet spots to sit back and relax. Awesome!! The location was a prime cause for choosing this hotel as it is located 5 minutes walk from the lifts to the hiking routes we took. We are certain we'll return soon. A true PEARL.

The panoramic views from the breakfast room made it an even more enchanting experience. The highlight of my stay, however, was the hotel's spa. The wellness area is a true oasis of relaxation, boasting a range of saunas, steam rooms, and relaxation areas. After a day of exploring the Dolomites, unwinding here was pure bliss. The spa staff were attentive and skilled, ensuring that I felt completely rejuvenated after every visit. Throughout my stay, the hotel's staff consistently went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for. Their local knowledge and willingness to assist with any request made my experience all the more special. couldn't find anything that i didn't like. all was perfect.

We spent six nights at Chalet Marcora and had a wonderful stay. The service was excellent, the breakfast was delicious, and everything was very clean. Emilio, Constantine, and the entire team were incredibly kind and generous, offering us great recommendations for local hikes and attractions. We definitely recommend staying here and would love to return.

The Property was great and had really good facilities. Great location, and a fantastic breakfast.

We were informed by booking.com that we had a choice of double or twin needed rooms all rooms also came with a sofa bed. However when we arrived we were presented with a double and a twin as requested. After complaining were we presented with a double which also had a sofa bed. The manager wasn’t very helpful and also had issues programming the door keys. The sofa bed wasn’t as comfortable as the man bed however we managed.

When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly and informative receptionist. We were provided with lots of information regarding the local area along with discounted tickets for local transport and gondola services. The room was very spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the town which also had mountain views. Spa facilities were available, however, due to time constraints we did not use these during our stay. Room was well equipped with everything we needed during our stay and nothing was too much trouble when asked. Good selection of food for breakfast and very attentive staff.

Not really an issue for us as our hire car was small and we managed to squeeze in to a gap, however, parking can prove difficult if arriving late, although, there is parking available a short distance away.

Everything from the first day to the last day was perfect. Every small detail from snacks in the lobby during the day, amazing breakfast (full of sweet and salty options, fresh fruits, coffee with soya milk, warm croassants,..), very good spa facilities (outdoor and also indoor), and in the end.. goodbye gift. Everyone was professional and kind. We loved our stay there and will be coming back for sure.

An amazing boutique hotel in a charming town. We had an excellent experience with the hotel on a ski vacation and we returned to it, and this time we also enjoyed a wonderful hotel, in an excellent location, kind staff, rooms with an amazing view, a fine and varied breakfast at a very high level, a spa that includes 2 jacuzzis outside with a wonderful view, an outdoor sauna, a complex Indoor spa with 2 saunas, relaxation room with water beds. In short – perfect, pampering and meets above and beyond expectations. At the hotel, we received the green guest card that gives a free ride on the bus that connects the towns and a code that gives 10% on the panorama pass (the summer "ski pass" for the val di fassa area). The town itself is charming and the location of the hotel is perfect - close to the supermarket (you can stock up for a picnic lunch in nature, there is a minibar in the room), close to the cable car lift, plenty of restaurants, shops, good atmosphere and excellent air.

love absolutely everything about this place. room was fresh and very clean, staff was super nice and helpfull all the time. perfect spot for hikking arround but also for longer trips in Dolomittes. finally the breakfast… it was just perfect!
