We were here for 3 nights andhad a lovely big room with a kitchenette though we didnt use it. The staff were all very nice and friendly. There was underground parking for our motorcycles. The hotel is located in a great position for exploring the Dolomites.

Our wardrobe had a very unpleasant smell so we had to keep the door shut and couldn't use it. Breakfast seemed a bit of a nightmare because everyone seemed to turn up at the same time meaning the staff were overwhelmed and couldn't cope with restocking everything that ran out. You had to order a coffee and when it was busy we were forgotten a couple of times.

The staff is friendly and helpfull. The hotel is very clean. All facilities you need for a ski holiday are there, including your own ski lockers. The matresses of the beds were good and there is enough storageplace in the room. Walk to the lift is about 5 minutes and if you choose to take the slope to the valley it was a three minute walk to the hotel from the lowest point.

Parking at the hotel is rather expensive. The atmosphere in the restaurant is not very inspiring. Restaurants in town are more attractable for your diners. Water temperature in the showers wasn't constant en the showercabin itself was a little tight and slippery. The room itself could do with some extra sockets near bed to charge your gear. Those are now occupied for lighting.

We have been here before. The location is good, there is a heated garage and the breakfast is good. Moreover the saunas and relax area are nice. All restaurant staff very service minded. We had a room with kitchen in you would like to cook. Storage for ski equipment available. Comfortable beds

I would like the hotel to have a deal with a skirental company and also to have more knowledge about the skisystem, slopes and provide guests with information and maps.

Very good location, own underground parking, quite big and comfortable rooms, helpful staff, quite area, spa center with swimming pool, steam bath and sauna. Good choice for dinner if you are tired to go somewhere else.

Breakfast is poor, I missed vegetables (only tomatos, but they looked not very fresh, toaster machine is very old and can can hardly make good toasts. Bread choice is poor. Too much cakes.

Good breakfast and very friendly staff. Excellent location and good parking. The spa and skiroom is great. I would recommend this hotel any day of the week.

Not very discrete bwtween the rooms, we could hear our neighbour too well.

The roo.s r very nice and comfortable not like the shower which u can't move in it because it is so small. The SPA is very good.

The food in the restaurant is very bad. The attitude of waiters and manager was not nice and not professional. We chose to take in dinner the bar salad We were not told it is allowed to take from the buffet only once. We were debited for two dinners out of five twice since 2 of us took salads two times. It seems We were followed and detected by the waitresses which is not nice nor ethical. It was very disappointing.

Friendly , clean , plenty of space. The sauna etc was good and food was nice too .

The food was a bit fancy for my son , having a pizza / pasta option would have been good

Great location, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and sauna. We had half board, food at the restaurant was nothing special. Breakfast was fine. Good value for money!

Everything, room was clean, nice and big and had a big balcony. Breakfast was excellent with a big choice of delicious cakes.
