New aisle of the hotel, freshly built. Also built in style and quality materials, our room was just perfect for the three of us. Lovely owners, plenty helpful for special walks, restaurants, wines, culture, etc. Staff equally nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is just perfect relative to the village center, to the cableway and to the many walking tracks. The in-house restaurant is full of great dishes of local specialties, we spent 2 of our 4 nights there as there was no competition between our hotel's resto and the other options (both quality- and price- wise). Last, the wellness area is not big, but essential and well curated. Everything works well to compound the relaxing effect of being in mountainious nature. All these characteristics are superwelcome when you come back from long walks up un the mountains.

Honestly nothing was out of place. Our room access system was a bit capricious, but the owner came to fix it and was superhelpful and smiling. Also a great photographer.

Location. Very far from the highway in the mountains. No glutenfree diet facilities in entire town or ski piste. Hotel was OK wirh Glutenfree.Very Helpfull.

we stayed in the hotel for five days and it was wonderful. the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and always at your service, the food in the hotel is excellent. we definitely recommend this hotel we will be back

We were happy with everything, the cleanded room every day, the swimming pool and sauna. The food was incredible! For us it was a long wait, could start an hour earlier☺️..

I liked the atmosphere and hospitality at the hotel. The owner takes care of everything by herself with her family and I saw how she was pointing the small detail out to the employees to fix it. I appreciate her efforts and the desire to make this place better. The room was very clean, wooden made. The location is very good.

It was a very expensive price for 3 stars hotel. We paid 225€ per night and it is high for 3 stars. The breakfast was poor. You don’t have omelette that it should be for breakfast. I would recommend you to buy a shampoo for your guests because it is impossible to wash the hair with the body shower without a conditioner. Thanks

Rooms were perfect, very comfortable and very clean. Great location. Dinners set menu was good, but would have preferred a couple of options rather than 1 set menu. Breakfast was superb. I was surprised there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. But overall an excellent stay.

Exceptional service and facilities. The rooms are beautiful, the landscape you can see from the hotel is breathtaking, the owners and staff are very welcoming. The restaurant is amazing.

I loved the staffs ability to try and accommodate every need and the location was amazing.

The only thing I didn't like was that the pictures advertised one the booking site didn't match the actual rooms. Kinda disappointed on the false advertising but the hotel was not at fault for it. Nonetheless we still enjoyed the place and room.

Wonderful staff, excellent amenities, delicious meals, clean, could not ask for more. This is our second time staying and once again everything was perfect!
