Great location with very friendly staff! Also arranged dinner after I arrived and paid when checking out so not complaints there. Room was cleaned daily, meaning you could also change towels daily. Food was very good, breakfast was a buffet style but they give you the food on your plate, dinner was table d'hôte. Overall an amazing experience

The beds were very firm! My back started to hurt after the 2nd night. The heating might've been a bit too high but I was able to arrange that with the reception. The fact that I had to leave the keys at the reception whenever I left the hotel made me feel a bit uneasy, but everything was fine :)

This hotel exceeded my expectations and was fantastic value. The room I was given had a very large bed, a wrap-around balcony and a full panoramic view of the Pale di San Martino range. It was spotless, cleaned daily, with fresh towels. While some hotels include words like "park" in the name just for branding, this one actually has a real and lovely park full of old trees and spots to relax in peace. Breakfast was very generous and varied with eggs, bacon, yoghurt, cakes, etc. Bathrooms were roomy and the water pressure in the shower excellent.

The hair dryers are the reverse vacuum nozzle type which is both awkward to use and doesn't dry your hair properly - I hope they replace them soon.

Amazing view! Beautiful room with a very comfortable bed and good shower. The staff were thoughtful, efficient and kind. Everything was clean and working well. The breakfast was outstanding with all the choices one could want as well as a very impressive assortment of cakes. They also catered very thoughtfully for gluten free.

Lovely family run hotel. We stayed B&B -breakfast great! Ski bus stop is around the corner from the hotel and the village is a short stroll downhill. We really enjoyed our stay in San Martino Fi Castrozza-blue sky skiing in amazing scenery.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Highly rate the chef! Makes great omelettes 😁

The car park was not de -iced making it difficult and sometimes dangerous to park your car in ski season due to the ice.

This hotel with long familiy tradition is truly teasure. The location of the hotel is excellent. The rooms are nice and clean. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We chose the option with the breakfasts and dinners.. The food was delicious, fresh and nicely served. The slopes are nearby so it was easy to get there by ski bus.

The staff were very helpful and cheerful and understanding of our limited ability in Italian. We enjoyed the flavours of the local cuisine. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the view from its balcony of the Pale range of mountains was truly exceptional.

We loved everything!

The room was nice, simple and rustic but with great view on the mountains. But the most important are the owners and the stuff of this hotel - so friendly and always happy to help. I was arriving by bus and they offered me to pick me up from the bus station on their car. breakfast was really good, they care about every detail. i didn’t expect this at all from a 3 star hotel. bravo! definitely recommend and want to come back again

Needed a night for a rainy day on our AV2 walk and this was great value with a huge bed and lots of hot water. The breakfast buffet was huge. And the location was central and 7 mins walk from the cable car. The staff were super friendly.
