I loved the location! Very close to the square and all the activity.

We reserved the master suite solely for the bathtub and unfortunately it leaked all over the bathroom floor our first night. We let management know and discussed with them a couple of times but the tub never got fixed and I’ve tried to touch base with management about the issue since it didn’t get fixed while we were there and haven’t heard anything back from them.

Very clean, spacious and modern room in historic centre of Conegliano. Ideal hotel for short business trip to area. Very helpful staff - thanks in particular to the night porter who could not get me a taxi to the train station (not far from hotel but I had very heavy luggage) and so he kindly walked me to the train station and helped with my luggage at 5:30am.

Could take greater efforts with sustainability and reduce the use of single use plastic etc - plastic cups were in bathroom, single use toiletries, dressing gowns in plastic bags etc.

We went to Conegliano for a wedding. Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! Super friendly staff, great service, clean rooms, tasty breakfast and lot of tips for places to visiting things to do. I leave in a Nordic country and this type of south European service is not common here. Absolutely recommended!

Can't think of anything really. We arrived at 2 AM and there was no restaurant open in the whole area. We hadn't eaten since lunch and were very hungry. We told this to the front drsk staff, who opened the kitchen and offered us fruits from there. Thanks so much for this!!

1. Location is excellent, close to bars, restaurants and shops 2. Rooms are really well designed, small but everything you need 3. Helpful staff 4. Close enough to Venice Marco Polo airport for a car ride

1. Air con system not on in our visit (mid April) and we had to sleep with window open. Sort of ok, except it was a saturday night and late on the usual sounds of bars emptying onto the streets. Not too bad, but to be aware.

Very pleasant reception and a detailed information about the building/facilities. The employees we met were very kind to us at all times.Extraordinary breakfast all tough the sweets could’ve been fresher,we had breakfast 1hour before closing so it’s probably partly our fault.Beds were comfy, enough pillows and towels could be found aswell. The AC in the room was easy to handle and not loud at all.

Only unusual thing was the overnight parking spot.We paid 9€ p.n. and had to go down 2 streets to reach our car. and at any time we left or entered the garage we had to walk back to the hotel.It’s short distance and no problem if you don’t mind walking as we did but keep that in mind.

Great location close to food places, bars, and stores. Good breakfast, clean room, airco working well. Staff was very helpful on more than one occasion. Late checkout time was comfortable and they held our luggage afterwards.

The location was perfect for us, the room was tastefully decorated, and a good size, the mattress and pillows were very comfortable, breakfast was wonderful.

Parking was a little inconvenient, a view of a hedge into a parking lot was a little disappointing.

Nice walk-in rain shower and separate jetted tub. Comfortable (large) amount of space in the room, good breakfast buffet which we could gather and take back to the cafe table in our room. Pretty view overlooking the street.

Air conditioning was turned off from 10 AM to 2 PM. We were relaxing in the room while waiting for friends to pick us up for lunch and could have used the AC.

A nice hotel in the old street of Conegliano. Plenty of bars and restaurants are in walking distance. Being a part of Best Western is to ensure the better quality in a chain hotel system. The staff are friendly and helpful. The parking fee of a day is very reasonable.

The hotel is not spacious and neither is its lift. I carried two pieces of luggage and barely got myself stuck in the lift. The wifi is not stable. The auto sensing door lock is a bit difficult to use if no one introduces upon check-in. No complimentary bottle water is provided and the front desk told me I can drink water from the tap...I doubt.

The room required some fixing, hand shower holder was broken, towel holder was broken, the sink was draining the water properly, the carpets requires deep cleaning
