Awesome hotel for people travelling with their pets. Not only could our dog stay with us, she could be with us also by the pool, which was great (she was not allowed in the pool of course). There are some wineyatds right outside where pets can easily do their business (and owners can clean it up). The room was nice, although we asked for a change as the room with pool-view was very bright early in the morning as the sun shone through the thin curtain. Many rooms don't have shutters, bear this in mind if you are used to dark rooms. Soundproofing is very good though, we never heard any neighbours. Breakfast is nice and fresh. The on-site restaurant is also nice with good prices both on drinks and food. All the people in the staff were super-friendly. The hotel is at a good location with a beautiful view around and with several wineyards within 35 minutes drive.

Curtains are a bit too thin. Pool seems to be missing some tiles. The main doors are always open, which means both hot air and mosquitoes can easily enter. They could probably spare a lot of money not trying to cool the outside air.

The pool was an absolute blessing in the heat and the air conditioning made it extra comfortable. The room and bathroom were immaculate. We ate dinner in the restaurant our first night and were not at all disappointed with our meal or wine. After reading the VERY mixed reviews we are pleased to confirm that it is an excellent place to stay for the gateway to the Prosseco Hills.

My only feedback would be the upkeep of the pool and outdoor areas. Not as meticulously cared for as the hotel interior.

The property setting is gorgeous.

There’s a pool bar, but rarely anyone at it to serve you. There were wine bottles left around the pool area from the night before and not cleared until late in the afternoon. Umbrellas aren’t put out unless you ask for them, but there’s not really anyone around for you to ask.

Pool was open, and room was fine, but a little out of date. The reception desk staff was very friendly. I asked a few requests to call local restaurants, and he quickly helped me.

It's 4 star hotel, but there are several noticeable stains on the room floor. Also, it was not easy to visit anywhere without car.

This is truly a 4 star hotel,that could even be 5 stars! We heard there was a Micheline cuisine there but unfortunately did not have time to try it. The reviews looked amazing though. Our stay was very comfortable,easy and relaxing. There's an outdoor pool,it was a bit too chilly to swim,but we had a relaxing time near the pool while reading books and enjoying cocktails. The staff at the front desk is super helpful and gave us numerous tips on how best to get to Venice and where to park for free. Also at 5 in the morning very pleasant guy made us coffee and tea so we could get fueled up on our way. The room was very spacious,with a balcony and view on the pool and mountains and we had a blast staying there for 3 nights. Highly recommended place! Breakfast was also very tasty!

The shower was leaking a bit on the floor, but that's not a big deal ☺️

The breakfast was typical, but good! The pool area was spacious and clean. The room was big, clean, and had plenty of storage. The hotel overall was great! The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. We appreciated that the front desk was able to call and make a reservation at a restaurant for us.

I stayed second time in this hotel. Perfect place. with excellent restaurant. They have a nice garden with swimmingpool and bar. Breakfast can be taken on the terras in summer. SPectacular overview over the valley.

Nothing, apart from asking €5 for a pool towel. Should be included.

This hotel is so comfortable! Beautiful, well stocked room. Tasty breakfast and incredibly helpful staff. Pool was relaxing with a beautiful view. Easy to get from the train station via taxi. Vineyards for tasting all around - we traveled to a couple via e-bike that the hotel staff helped us rent. We didn’t have to do a thing, they took care of it all! Truly a relaxing visit away from the busy city.

The restaurant was actually a bit disappointing. Pretty basic pasta. Lovely atmosphere thought.

Comfort

Located far away from the restaurants & shops. If you don’t have your own conveyance, then better not to opt for this hotel.

Lovely views and patios. Staff members were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Breakfast patio was a wonderful place to begin the day.

Pool and hot tub not open in late April. Mattress was a bit too soft for our liking.
