The authenticity and pool

They hold huge parties (every Saturday maybe?) that they don’t tell you about. The music was extremely loud and it carried on until after midnight. I troupe be nice to know this before hand so that we could have made other arrangements.

The property is beautiful. Traditional indoor eating area with the old stone walls and ceiling. The outdoor evening dining area sits amongst the fig trees and grape vines which was very charming. The pool area is very relaxing and peaceful. Water temperature was a great escape from extreme heat or returning from an excursion. The restaurant staff are exceptional, very hard working and accommodating. Food was delicious.

The evening front desk lady needs some updating in her customer service skills. She is very harsh and made us feel as if we were bothering her. We spoke the language so it wasn’t a matter of not understanding.

Ciao, Sono tutto belissimo. Raqele and Ana were amazing hostess and checking on us and giving recomendations. Very good infrastructure. The swimming pool was the cleanest I've ever seem in my life and it's a great perk to relax late afternoon/early night after a busy day walking and exploring Puglia. The breakfast...amazing ! The home made "pane" is from out of this planet. We joined for the Friday nigth traditional dinner in the garden. It was great... i believe we were the only non-Itlains there but we had a lot's of fun experiencing it. Definetlly a place on my "must come back" places. Grazie mile !!

I can't say enough about the wonderful staff here. It is so rare to find so many lovely people working in the same place, but truly everyone I encountered was full of smiles and eager to attend to their guests. I felt immediately at home - a truly remarkable team. Add in lounging in sun bed by their beautiful pool, the garden in the back harvested daily for use in their kitchen, and the lovely breakfast with homemade cakes from their chef, and you're in for a wonderful stay. My only regrets are that I'd had too big of a late lunch before arrival to dine their for dinner and that I only stayed for one night. Can't wait to return.

Breakfast was bountiful and the cappuccinos are a must. They had a wonderful menu for dinner on the Saturday we were there. Great service by all at Masseria Montepaolo. It is a lovely place to stay with an old-style charm. Though we had to walk up stairs to get to our room, we were able to watch a beautiful sunset one night on the balcony. Small bar in the main building. A good place to stay because it is close to Conversano, Polignano a Mare, and Monopoli.

The skeleton key to the room was quaint but hard to figure out and noisy especially when it takes you quite a few times to figure out. The roads from Conversano are quite narrow, one-way, to get to the Masseria.

Beautiful pool and a lush green environment, creating the perfect place to relax. They had the most comfortable pillows.

This place also hosts weddings, and unfortunately, there was one on Saturday night. It was very loud, and we barely slept a few hours. They even had fireworks at midnight. We left on Sunday and would have appreciated a relaxing night, as we had to do a lot of driving afterward. The day before, there was a small birthday party that lasted until 2 am. Maybe soundproof windows would help.

A charming place , spacious and nicely decorated, surrounded by cherry orchards and lovely Puglian countryside feel. Conveniently located to reach all the tourists attractions. breakfast was good , Lucreatzia was making delicious cakes every morning.

They advertise having a sauna and jacuzzi but wasn’t usable while there. A few steps to climb if you are at the top floor but we found a short cut to get down more easily. it would be nice if they would announce the party that they host over weekend sometime.

The facility was wonderful. Having stayed on a former farm with some of its original design provided a rustic and enchanting experience.

Stairs getting to the rooms were slightly problematic, but I'll take this over my experiences in some old towns in the Amalfi Coast.

Our room was (I think ) an old store building, converted to a bedroom with en'suite & access to the roof. Also a private terrace. But nicely done. Breakfast was excellent, but a distance from our room.

The pool area and garden were not available to us on 2 of the 4 days we were there due to other private functions. The room had no windows, or outside light, making it difficult at night.

The Masseria is beautiful, nice room and breakfast.

It would be good to include a kettle and tea bags/coffee in the room as most places do it. It is true that you can ask for it at any time at reception but that has an extra cost.
