The hotel is fairly new (which of course adds to the experience) and is located in a beautiful, quiet area, next to the famous Castel del Monte. Very friendly staff and I received particulary good service to assist me with a work matter. The room I had was not luxurious or spacious, but stylish and it had all the ammenities that you require. The bed in the room was good. The swimming pool was very large, which was perfect for swimming. The dinner in the restaurant was also a very good experience. There is no breakfast buffet, but they serve a good selection of food.

It took me some time before I figured out how the shower worked.

Excellent value, brand-new hotel and facility with an incredible kitchen. The pool is amazing - so huge and clean, with so much seating and deck space. Rooms are spacious with a steam shower and individual patios to relax outside. The staff is really responsive and easy to get ahold of via text or at the front desk. Highly recommend the on-site restaurant - we were blown away by the meal we had!

The property is gated and closed at night, so if you come back after nightfall you'll need to ring the gate and be let in. One night we weren't able to get ahold of the gate person, so we ended up hopping the fence to open the gate - but a keypad entry where guests are given the gate code upon check-in would probably make the most sense.

Room was excellent and all working fine.

Not able to use swimming pool within my stay becaise of very awkard hours of use. In the evening i could not use because there was a weeding party going on and noise till 1am. The pool should be able to be used for guests at any time they want. With temperatures at 35 degrees celsius outside, it would be very nice to have a very late swim, before sleep. Disappointing

Amazing atmosphere in very nice and modern renovated resort which is located in beautiful landscape, big swimming pool, kind staff, large apartment builings with very new and modern equipment, you can see the Castello del Monto from Resort, great Restaurant where the chef de la cuisine offered us tasty dinner according to our wishes, we came with bicycles and we could park our bicycles direct in front of our apartment. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Dogs running around in the property. I don’t like being barked at while I am leaving or going to my room. My wife is scared of dogs and I mentioned it to the manager, but no action was taken. Coffee machine was not empty (still capsules in) and the minibar is not cold.

Beautiful resort and location. The mini degustation dinner was superb. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. It was the perfect start to our cycling tour of Puglia. Thank you, and see you again soon!

Good layout with impressive garden plus an excellent restaurant. The staff were very polite and helpful.
