Very new, very clean in centre of town

Breakfast:a coffee and a pastry wasn't what we expected. In our other BB's we've been offered a few pastries, toast, muffins, fruit juice and tea/coffee. Also advertised on Booking.com this place has a terrace. There was no terrace only a car park for the local residents.

Fabio, the host, was extremely helpful and easily contactable. The breakfast is in a cafe down the road but it is a very short distance away and we simply told the staff we were guests of Fabio's so the setup works very well. Not the biggest room but very comfortable nonetheless. We spent most of the time exploring the local so it was an ideal place to stay.

Excellent location for pilgrims on the Via Francigena. The host was very friendly and helpful.

The room was small, but it has everything you need. The walls need painting.

Meeting the lovely friendly hosts. The room was simple but perfect for a 1 night stay on the Via Francigena Sud. Very well located for our purpose. The breakfast was at a bar up the road about 100m. Comfortable bed. Good value for money.

Central location, very clean and comfortable room, very helpful hosts.

The room was located in a different place than the main building, about 200 meters away, in the oldtown, which was a joy for us. Adequate comfort, fully equipped for one night on the way, quiet, with a quiet atmosphere and air conditioning. Climatic. It was perfect for people like us: traveling by car (it would be much harder without it). Breakfast was ok too, croissant and coffee at a bar nearby. Next time we will also check availability. Thanks! :)

Breakfast could be more abundant - for northern people. ;)
