Great view from the room and its balcony, fantastic location in a small village on a hill; comfy bed, clean everything; absolutely charming and quiet; the host lady was very friendly and helpful.

Great breakfast (and absolutely outstanding homemade jam), however we missed some savory additions (eg eggs, cheese, etc) otherwise it’s only sweets (I guess typical Italian way)

We had such a warm welcome and the location and view was incredible from our balcony. Rocco Massima has such an authentic feel, so high on a hill with panoramic views and so pretty at night too! The room was super clean and comfortable and quiet and the breakfast was delicious and oh so tasty! Amazing homemade cakes, muffins, Granola etc. The plum jam was memorable! This was a perfect first night in Italy and a must stay BnB in a must see location.

Cozy room near restaurants and with a very good breakfast. We had a problem with our car, and the staff person found some tape for us.

Difficult for us to find. GPS couldn’t seem to zero in on location. Host was kind enough to meet us at the piazza and guide us to the location

The B’n’B is beautifully furnished with lots of little accents that makes it truly unique. The room is very cozy with a comfortable bed and a clean and nice bathroom. Lucia, the owner of the B’n’B is really sweet. She was very welcoming and also fixed us a delicious breakfast with bacon, eggs, ham, cheese, yoghurt, cake, pie, croissants and all that our heart desired. Haven’t eaten that much for breakfast in a very long time. Truly great is also the balcony. The view is one of a kind! We were fortunate enough to witness the sunset above the clouds. Amazing! Later the clouds rose and the whole town was blanketed in clouds. That’s a one once in a lifetime experience. We’ll definitely be back to witness that again!

Lovely setting in a quiet village on top of a mountain. Amazing views from the window and balcony. Room was clean and very comfortable, breakfast excellent and plentiful (but a little bit to sweet for our taste). Lovely family run business.

The location and the view. We had a room with a view to the mountains and the feeling was very rural. The breakfast of Lucia was wonderful. So much choice. Thanks a lot for your hospitality.

Nothing big, I really just recommend this place heavily. Small things: The water wasn't that hot (it took time to arrive and it came and went away). And (our fault): All the places in the village were closed (beginning of January, not on weekend...) so we needed to drive in the night to Cori (15km, very windy road).

The old charm nicely renovated. It is in a very small village at 700 meters height. Just a few steps away is a wonderful simple Cafe/Bar with a view to die for.

It was very relaxing and charming. Everyone is so kind and welcomed us warmly.
