We stayed in a great room! The beds were super comfortable. Minibar was for free and was refilled every day. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day, made up the sheets, and even mopped the floor. The staff was extremely friendly, and the facilities were amazing. Received 2 hours of free entrance to the spa. The two swimming pools were very relaxt and not busy at all. The bistro was amazing, the food was delicious, and prices were a little on the high side for Italian standards, but the dishes are definitely worth it.

There were some dirty yellow spots on the inside of our bathroom door. Mentioned it at the reception, and they said she would pass it through to housekeeping. Unfortunately, they didn't do anything about it. Prices of the bar were very expensive: €10 for a glass of wine without cheaper options. You do, however, get some nice snacks with your drinks, which compensates the high prices a little.

Excellent location in the Piemont hill country and vineyards. Great staff. Great restaurants and a lovely pool area.

The room was great but the lighting was a little dim for the organisation of the rooms making it difficult for us older people to see things at night time

Located in the middle of a picturesque valley, Next to sister hotel SanUffizio which an amazing breakfast was served there, had 2 pools plus access to spa facilities depending on your room tier. Has a Michelin star restaurant in house and a casual bistro if you wish. 5 min to Moncalvo, very quiet town for walks and 20 min to Asti another amazing place. Tons of upscale restaurants around Munfra.

The property is Amazing, location real Italian Style.. in the middle if the Nature for a perfect relax. I definitely will come back to enjoy more this Amazing e beautiful place.. Everyone was just how they should be when you go on holidays in Italy friendly and always ready for anything you need 😊

There could be a small table and a chair outside.. we had a balcony but nowhere to sit.

Very nice location with cosy terrace. Nice rooms. Use of the Santo Uffizio spa. Nice breakfast

Before the check-in I tried multiple times to contact the reception but the time of response was very long or sometimes I did not receive any. Also via the mobile phone number they provided. Definitely an improvement area.

Impossible to sleep - dog barking all night, very inconfortable bed. The only silver lining is the relais facilities next door.

The house across the street has guard dogs that bark incessantly. If you walk out onto the terrace you are met with vicious barking. Howling at night. For the price of this hotel this local problem was quite unpleasant. No staff on site so had to go up to the main hotel to speak in person.
