The apartment was nice, big and comfy. The lady who checked us in and served breakfast was extremely friendly and caring. Our apartment was not available because of a technical problem but she came up with a solution.

The lift did not work It was noisy in the evening on the streets downstairs but we did not care much. The cleaning ladies who passed by were hostile. They did not greet and made a very grumpy face. Probably nothing to do with us but very unprofessional anyway. The plant tubs on the terrace would have to be disposed of. Not a pretty sight.

I highly recommend this place! It was truly incredible, cozy, and felt like home. Unfortunately, we got stranded in Crema due to a national train strike, but the hotel owner was incredibly helpful and arranged a taxi for us to the airport, ensuring we got home safely. Thank you so much for everything! Oh, and the breakfast? That alone was worth five stars. "...Later!"

Everything was perfect! The only thing that would have made it even better was a lighter to light all the candles that were thoughtfully prepared for us.

The welcoming was warm and friendly. The room was basically an apartment, so much space! I loved the common terrace where I could have breakfast. The location is right in the middle of Crema, so very convenient.

The bedroom didn't have curtains. The location is right in front of a church and the bells ring around every 15 minutes. Having ear plugs as amenities would be a great addition. I would improve the quality of the mattress.

Loved it - rooms are huge, bathroom shower was very strong, lots of towels, comfy bed and pillows and they bring a breakfast to your room whenever you want! Really great service. We were there for a wedding and Vincent sorted us taxis with ease. Location is amazing - right in centre of Crema. Rooftop area is really cool - room to drink and eat outside if you fancy it.

Did not expect a lot from this small city, just needed a break after a long trip but man is it beautiful! The Appartment is looking right at the church and the balcony is just above the main street, i enjoyed it very much. Breakfast was delivered to the room at the time I wished and was more the enough. Clean room, everything was working fine and check in was without any problems. Thank you for the wonderful experience :)

Excellent location! Truly a lovely place to stay! So very nice with an excellent patio area! Beds were comfortable and excellent light in the rooms. plenty of room for 2 adults to move around without feeling cramped. The top room got quite hot in afternoon sun though, so be prepared for that. The breakfast in the mornings was truly a delight!! Great stay and great host!!!

It wasn’t an issue for us however there are quite a few stairs to get up to the apartment. There is a lift you can put your bags in but it is very slow - not accessible for older people or those with accessibility issues.

There was nothing not to like, only tiny comment would be variety of breakfast, it was lovely but for 3 days it was exactly the same. If we had stayed any longer it would have been nice to have something a little bit different

I loved Crema, I loved this place & my room was so lovely! Staff were really nice. The breakfast was lovely although it was the same thing everyday. Minus points because there was work being done on the roof so was unable to eat breakfast outside. Will definitely be returning 🤍

The breakfast was incredible, it was delicious and we appreciated it being brought to our room in the morning. They took drink orders and brought it at the requested time. The staff also gave great recommendations and even helped us bring luggage up the stairs.
