I highly recommend this place! It was truly incredible, cozy, and felt like home. Unfortunately, we got stranded in Crema due to a national train strike, but the hotel owner was incredibly helpful and arranged a taxi for us to the airport, ensuring we got home safely. Thank you so much for everything! Oh, and the breakfast? That alone was worth five stars. "...Later!"

Everything was perfect! The only thing that would have made it even better was a lighter to light all the candles that were thoughtfully prepared for us.

Did not expect a lot from this small city, just needed a break after a long trip but man is it beautiful! The Appartment is looking right at the church and the balcony is just above the main street, i enjoyed it very much. Breakfast was delivered to the room at the time I wished and was more the enough. Clean room, everything was working fine and check in was without any problems. Thank you for the wonderful experience :)

Excellent location! Truly a lovely place to stay! So very nice with an excellent patio area! Beds were comfortable and excellent light in the rooms. plenty of room for 2 adults to move around without feeling cramped. The top room got quite hot in afternoon sun though, so be prepared for that. The breakfast in the mornings was truly a delight!! Great stay and great host!!!

It wasn’t an issue for us however there are quite a few stairs to get up to the apartment. There is a lift you can put your bags in but it is very slow - not accessible for older people or those with accessibility issues.

There was nothing not to like, only tiny comment would be variety of breakfast, it was lovely but for 3 days it was exactly the same. If we had stayed any longer it would have been nice to have something a little bit different

I loved Crema, I loved this place & my room was so lovely! Staff were really nice. The breakfast was lovely although it was the same thing everyday. Minus points because there was work being done on the roof so was unable to eat breakfast outside. Will definitely be returning 🤍

the photos of the place are true to itself (unlike other places we booked, this one is “what you see is what you will get”), it’s a beautiful place with a open roof top and a courtyard; the host is very helpful and polite, the lady preparing the breakfast and the rooms is a very cheerful and warm person, the place is very well located in the Center of the Crema, walking distance to all the cafes/shops/restaurants/piazzas you need.

Opposite to a cathedral, right above the main streets, that means you need to close all shutters and windows in the evening - it was a busy holiday weekend (Easter) so it can be noisy till late night to early hours of day (lots of youngsters and holiday goers). However, if you are easy sleeper, had some drinks, it would be not a problem, the early morning bell sound might even be a bless to wake you up.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at San Clemente. Crema is a popular destination for fans of the film Call Me By Your Name, and finding the right hotel for my overnight stay required some searching. Ultimately, I chose San Clemente based on my intuition, and I was not disappointed. The room I stayed in had a charming mid-century decor, with furniture that made me feel right at home. The hospitality of the owner and staff was exceptional - they were incredibly friendly and always willing to assist me. Overall, I can confidently say that San Clemente was the perfect choice for my stay in Crema, and I doubt I could have found a better place to stay in town.

While my stay at the hotel was enjoyable, my experience in Crema was slightly marred by an issue that was not related to the hotel itself. Unfortunately, the e-bike rental company retrieved my rented e-bike earlier than expected, leaving me unable to use it for my dinner plans that evening. I was under the impression that I could use the bike for a full 24 hours, but it was taken back at 8 PM. Despite this inconvenience, I was fortunate to discover a fantastic restaurant located directly opposite the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. it was so relaxing and literally felt like home. One of the best parts of our stay here was definitely Arlene. She was a fantastic host and made sure we were taken care of and knew what to do and where to go. I loved getting to meet her and if I lived in Crema she would be my bestie.

The property, including the room, facilities, inner courtyard, and roof top patio, was quaint and what you hope for in an Italian getaway. It had the authentic Italian vibe with all of the modern day luxuries you are familiar with.

Very helpful and friendly staff, always available. The breakfast was very delicious.

You can hear the bells ringing very loudly from the church, and it woke us up every day starting from 7 am.
